These are good. I eat with a little Milk for a good snack. I hate coconut and if you are the same you will appreciate this not having it.

This flavor is delicious! I'm not a big fan of vanilla flavor, but mixed in with the blueberries, they make a good combination. I hoped to get more clusters, but it seemed they broke apart during shipment maybe. It didn't matter because I usually put it over plain yogurt or oatmeal to give the otherwise bland health foods a flavor boost. This particular flavor is low in sugar, about 3 grams per serving. One bad thing about granola is the high sugar content and that is what nutritionist tell you to watch out for particularly in granola. It also has about 4 grams of fiber per 1/3 cup with 11 servings per bag. Men need about 38 grams of fiber per day while women need about 25 grams of it. So automatically you are starting your day off right. It also has flax seeds which is considered a "super food" which has been around for centuries. There is evidence it helps reduce risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes. I've always enjoyed KIND products especially there bars, and this product is no exception. Great flavor, ingredients you can actually read, and healthy!

Some of the granola pieces were hard enough I thought I would break a tooth. Really delicious and crunchy. I’ll buy again for sure!
