What a great value for such a useful gadget. I use these to scoop, scrap and cut dough. I also use them to cut Pie, Casseroles or Meatloaf in non-stick pans. They don scratch pans. One other note, you may need to use a fingernail file to smooth the spot where the mold released from the plastic.

Good for cutting dough, but if used to scrape up flour from the baking area afterwards the edge becomes dull pretty quickly against a butcher block surface, which is to be expected as the thing is made from plastic.
