I love these knives they're very sharp handles are nice they just feel good and feel like quality.

I have other Henckels knives and these are of the same quality as those I've owned for years.

I bought these as a gift. While they're a good brand, I was a bit disappointed in how light the handles were. It makes using them for chopping and other tasks a bit challenging. I've used a number of other HENCKELS knives and they have a nice weight to them and they're a joy to use. These just fall short of that quality standard.

Dont read all of the listed reviews they are not AMAZON reviews but labeled as (GLOBAL REVIEWS)! These knifes are horrible! Got on sale for the set of 2 at 25 dollars wouldn’t pay ten dollars for them. Quality is beyond junk. Ive requested a return label for shipping even paid for it and still two weeks later have not received return shipping label!

Think they forgot to sharpen my knives before they sent them to me because I took it out of the packaging and struggled to even slice a potato, handles are very poor would not recommend
