Made well and solid enough for 3 yr. Old son
Tow truck seems to be made well, my 3 yr. Old is rough on things and it's holding up lol

When you advertise “double hooks” you should get “double hooks”.
I was well pleased when viewing this truck when I received it. But after opening the package the so called “double hooks” was not true. One of the hooks was missing ! My first response was to return the truck and would have if not for my grandsons dad saving the day by making an even better hook to replace the missing one. Way to go dad !!! Now I give the truck 5 stars.

Great truck
My grandson loves his tow truck. He plays with it all the time. Loves the towing aspect of it. Very sturdy.

Good quality for cost!
The tow truck was a gift to our 2 1/2 year old grandson as his new brother was being born!

Made of cheap plastic
This was delivered today and I was so exited to share it with my grandson. Opened the package and one of the tow hooks was not attached properly. No big deal I can tie a knot but this showed a lack of quality control. A plastic piece broke off the truck in less than two hours. This is being returned and I would not recommend this truck. It too bad as the design was really cool.

Grandson LOVED it!
My 2 1/2 yr old grandson loved it! So I am very pleased with it.

Not what we expected
It runs as it should in bare floor. Pull it back it goes as described. What I did expect was working lights and sounds. What my son expected was working lights and sound and a button that lowers and raises the hooks. The strings get tangled easily and now they are stuck in down. He called it quits after a month.
