GLOTRENDS PA09-X1 M.2 NVMe to PCIe 4.0 X1 Adapter

This worked flawlessly. I plugged it in and it worked without any setup or driver installation (Windows 11). I'm getting 805 mb/s sequential read and 328mb/s sequential write from a 4TB drive. I'm sure I'd get more speed from a much more expensive card or just on an on-board or x16 interface, but that's plenty fast for my purposes. It's only an x4 pci-e slot, after all (the whole reason I got this one). It was definitely the right product for me, since I only had a single, x4 slot open on my motherboard.

Working as expected, no surprises. I like the red light that flashes through the back plate grill whenever the connected nvme is accessed.

Fits well and works well in my Linux box. However the bios for the Linux machine has a bios that will not support booting from it. It does everything except boot. Oh well, my data drive just became my os drive

This PCIe x1 M.2 adapter card works perfectly. I installed it after attaching a 500 GB Crucial SSD. My Windows 10 system recognizes the drive. I copied my system to it and all went well.

Easy upgrade for my a520-series MiniATX motherboard that only had one nvme slot. I use the computer as a media-server and wanted to also use it as a Steam Cache for my primary games so that my updates would go faster. I only had a PCIe x1 slot available so this card was a great addition and was exactly what I was hoping for. Considering I was just using a gen 3 drive I didn't feel I was losing much in terms of bandwidth but the company provides a handy chart so you know what to expect. Overall, really happy with this purchase and it accomplished exactly what I wanted.

Perfect for making a computer faster but need a USB stick with clover client to boot with it? but very easy defently recommended. very fast performance. boot with clover usb stick. no heatsink.

It did what it was designed for. However, I wanted to use a M.2 SSD as my primary drive and when this was installed in the PLC slot the PC recognized the additional storage but would not boot from that.

It does it's work. Speed is reduced but that's expected. Finally that little pcie slot has some use. Also for some reason my PC wouldn't accept the nvme without first formatting it. Luckily I didn't have any important stuff on the nvme. Overall it's solid quality

I wasn't concerned that this is PCIE 3.0 x1 as the only available slot on the motherboard it was going into was PCIE 3.0 x1. Both the BIOS (UEFI) and the op sys (Windows 11) had no problem finding the SSD installed into this card. No drivers were required in my situation.
