Did the job

Six years ago, I purchased a Samsung washing machine. Recently, it developed a problem with draining water, and I hesitated to replace it due to its relatively young age. After some research, I found out that it could be fixed. Fortunately, my partner was able to repair it at a reasonable price. By choosing to repair it instead of purchasing a new one, I saved $600. I am thankful for the savings!

Avoid. Absolute garbage quality, and they somehow have failed quicker each time.

Great product and arrived on time

After diagnosing the issue, I ordered this and it arrived within a day and a half. It was an exact fit and went in quickly. It took longer to pull the washer out in order to get behind it, than it did to install. I did watch a quick video online that is easily googled, reset the washer after, and ran a test cycle. It has worked and held up mow for a few weeks with at least 15 cycles without an issue. I am happy with the purchase overall, as well as the reasonable price/arrival time.

Worked wonderfully

It didn't fit properly I had to use a multi tool and dremmle to cut off little plastic nibs on the plastics housing of the part to get it to fit into our washer properly. We bought it off the pictures not realizing that the pictures are the part we needed but the label is the actual product with this Amazon seller.

Received the item a few days earlier, which was nice. The quality and construction appears to be good and it fit perfectly. Works great so far, zero complaints. Thank you!

The sensor I received is defective just like the one I'm trying to replace for a customer's washing machine. I tested each combination of terminals with a multimeter and blowing into the tube to open the valve, and nothing happens, the switch doesn't open or close any of the circuits, plus I read a high resistance of 27 ohms where there should be ideal continuity (0.00 ohms).
