Have been trying this for a couple of weeks. I noticed my nails seem to be stronger but not much else. I am also finding it quite fishy tasting - have to brace myself to drink it in the morning!

I wanted to try these as I am now at the age (47) where I am in the perimenopause stage and have noticed a few signs such as sore breasts, irritability, night sweats etc. This supplement comes in two forms, you get little sachets that you mix with water or juice and take with a capsule. This is to be done about 30 mins before food, although I don't very often get this timing right. I take the sachet with water and it tastes really nice. The capsule is also a good size so is easy to swallow and doesn't get stuck like some larger capsules can do with me sometimes. Now it might just be me, but even though I have only been taking these just over a week now, I have noticed that I seem to be a little less 'short' in the old mood department. I'm still getting hot at night although that could just be down to the recent warm weather and the breast soreness hasn't been as bad, but again, it does come and go so I can't say for sure whether this has helped or not. All in all, I dare say I have been feeling overall a little better after starting this course so am very happy with this product. I do think it is a little expensive, especially seeing as we are all feeling the 'pinch' at the moment, however, you do have to expect to pay a little more for a premium product and one that does not contain any nasties. I would be more than happy to pay the price tag for this and would be glad to recommend it. 5/5

This is a very interesting menopause supplement combo in that tablets and powder sachets are both included. Please excuse some missing items in the box in the picture i had already started taking them when i snapped the pic (all the tablets and sachets were included). I have been taking one tablet and one flavoured sachet drink which you mix with water every day for the last 12 days, the drink tastes citrusy, orange flavoured i would describe it, i found it to be very pleasant tasting and enjoyable, the tablet although quite large i did find easy to swallow. The ingredients are high quality as you would expect for the price and as my mood has been quite low as of late and some not so nice menopausal symptoms have been experienced, mainly mood swings i was eager to try these out. They have most certainly made a slight difference and perked me up somewhat, they have also helped with fatigue and tiredness as well. A 30 day supply is included but at the current price of £46.99 for a months supply they are sadly out of my price range. I have had good results with them thus far so it's 4* stars from me.

I have only been taking this supplement and tablet ( you get 30 sachets to add to water and 30 tablets to swallow) a couple of days and already my body just isn't liking it. Since day one I have had terrible diarrhoea and nausea which with every day that passes is getting worse. The drink to me tastes of a well known fibrous orange drink but this tastes more like a bitter fishy orange taste. This might be the omega 3 as I know I have no issues with Sage, Isoflavones and Ashwagandha being as I have used these before. To try and hide the bitter fishy orange taste, I added a tropical cordial but this too has failed. I will continue with the tablets and UPDATE later if I indeed continue using for 30 days UPDATE 28th July 2022 I have increased the stars from one to three stars as I continued with just the tablets. I feel the tablets for me worked but the supplements made me really sick and as mentioned before I had to stop taking that portion. If both parts work for you then brilliant but if not it's a bit expensive if like me one half doesn't agree with you.

I have suffered with the awful symptoms of menopause for a few years but refused to take HRT, the worst being "tropical moments "( hot flushes) and I didn't realise until quite recently that brain fog was all part of the package. Anyway £49.99 seemed quite steep and the thought of having to drink a solution along with swallowing a capsule made me think would I really want to spend that every month and commit to a routine meal sonthat I coukd take these evry day. The first week was hit and miss trying to remember so I have set up a cup by the kettle with a sachet in to remind me and when I use it I replace it immediately. I dissolve in water and knock it back with a capsule followed by a cup of tea and toast. The taste isn't too bad. I have to say after a couple of weeks I began to notice the tropical moments were shorter and less frequent and I don't seem to be as forgetful, I do also feel that I am sleeping better probably due to not waking up in a sauna. The product description gives you all the ingredients so I won't go into that as I am a novice with supplements. Tried and tested in my opinion has made a difference so worth the money
