Guys yeh product bilkul nalla hai mene ise check Kiya soot mass 60% dikhai Diya aur main tention mai aagya same day service centre gya waha Check Kiya toh 34% healthy condition mai tha yeh product raddi hai misinformation deta hai toh ignore kro agar 2000 rs ka bhi mile

Software doesn't support all vehicles and protocols as advertised
The product doesn't work properly with 2009 scorpio. Only thing it can do is read and clear error code, nothing more. I think its the limitation in the software and protocol support, not in the dongle or hardware. Also noticed several software hangs and crashes. Also note the software app needs wifi internet. It won't work with mobile data
