Henckels, the budget brand of the premium brand Zwilling from Solingen, Germany. What can be said other than.. damn, those knives are sharp...and keep the edge !

Great quality knife set. These two knives are now our “go to” knives. We use them for everything from slicing steak to cutting sandwiches. They never disappoint. The knives are very comfortable to hold and the weight is very balanced. They are very sharp and seem to hold their sharpness for quite sometime. We have owned these for several months now and haven’t had to sharpen them yet, and we use them daily (always washing by hand). I’ll be buying more.

I was looking for a replacement utility knife and found this set of a utility knife and a paring knife. Both knives are great, but I find myself using the paring knife more than the utility knife I needed. Why? It is quite sharp and just feels so comfortable in my hand. I think this set is a wonderful purchase for anyone.

These knives arrived on time but were not quite as sharp as expected.

For everyday kitchen go-to knives, these fit the bill and the price is reasonable. They're thin and sharp - just what I wanted. I throw these in the dishwasher after using them and don't worry about damage - if something happens, I'll just buy another set! No need to beat up my good knives that will never see the inside of a dishwasher.

My go to favorite is Wustof brand but I know Henkles is it's rival. This set was cheaper than the Wusthof I'm used to using but I lost my Wustof at the kitchen I cook in for work (yes, I bring my own knives in from home). I bought these as replacement so I wouldn't feel so bad if I lost them again. I guess it's hard to go backward once you have the best, but these cut stuff and I guess that's what they're for, so they get the job done.

I purchased the two piece utility knife set and am very disappointed with the paring knife and how DULL it was out of the box. The serrated knife was fine but I’m returning both and will find another option.

The sizes are great, I already had the serrated knife and use it so much I wanted another . My paring tip broke off so I wanted a pairing knife to replace it. Both sizes are great. I liked the Henckle brand my set seemed to hold the sharpness a little longer than other brands I have used. I hope this is still true, price is right for my use. I like how the handle/ grip feels, blades are sharp . They look great, size is great for my need. They don’t rust.

My paring knife went missing so I had to replace it Henkel is a good name brand and I was surprised at how sharp these knives are and useful. Love the new set.

I love these knives. The perfect size. Fits perfect in your hand and very sharp! Also love that I didn’t have to buy a whole block full of knives just to use these two!
