I had gastric bypass RNY in 2020, and taking multivitamins daily is essential to our health and nutrition. I have labs done just about every 6 months and my labs look great each time. I definitely feel its due to taking a good multivitamin, which you'd find in these. However everyone is different, consult with your doctor and dietitian for concerns or deficiencies. I am not a medical professional, just stating my personal experience. For me, these vitamins work great.

I’m using this on the advice of my bariatric surgeon’s office after having a gastric bypass and a repair for a hiatal hernia. It doesn’t give me indigestion and does not stick in my esophagus like some pills can. Good product.
