Beats the heck out of an IFR hood
Easy to wear. i think they say they even work over glasses. I have not tried that. But for simulated IMC, they work great. Foggles create the IMC environment, and the instrument view is perfect.

They work. Keep them in the case or they will scratch off and turn into safety goggles

Perfect for Flying Instruction
My son uses these for his flying lessons. He is quite happy with the fit and comfort. He is 21 years old and puts a lot of effort into his instructions. He’s mentioned these are what he expected for his vision, so for that I consider them a good value for my money.

Fog part comes off. Don't recommend.
I used these a couple of tim, enough to get my ppl, by the time I went to work on my instrument rating I discovered the fog part up top was just a cheap plastic tape like layer that comes off with ease and negates the whole point of a view limiting device...

I recommend the blacked out foggles so the sun doesn't make you go blind. If you get these then you have to tape over them, got blinded a couple times before I did
