Cradles dont adjust - Interfers with controls on Tab A9
The unit is high quality. 4 stars because the tablet holders (cradles) are not adjustable and they block the on/off & volume buttons on my Samsung A9 9" Tablet. UNFORTUNATELY, must return for unit that has adjustable cradle's.

This product is not sturdy made of plastic.
Ordered This product and the first one broke where the ball attaches to the base. They sent another one now this one the ball broke at the base of the holder. Not a good product for truck drivers or people that will constantly move the holder. Needs metal products to make things work properly.
