On seeing reviews from others about this breaking, I thought I had made a mistake buying this. But on seeing the pictures, I realized that the installation was not done properly.Hence, I took great care in installing this cloth hanger. Once I ensure my screws are securely drilled into the wall, I felt confident. I have been using this for over a month. No complaints.I have installed this by myself as I have all the tools with me like drilling machine, etc. However, if you do not have the tools, please request service from an experienced carpenters. Plumbers/Electricians would not have experience installing this and overtime the product may get damaged due to improper installation
