Loved the 10.5 tog! So lovely, fluffy and warm but perhaps too warm for me as I tend to overheat in the night. Sadly I had to return this to get the 7.5 tog instead. No idea why others mentioned the 10.5 tog being thin because it was pretty fluffy and very warm! Good for those who get cold in the night. Excellent quality

I ordered the wrong tog rating for this duvet (10.5 instead of 7.5), and knowing this, I didn't open the bag at all and therefore I cannot comment on the duvet's quality, but I did read the customer reviews before purchasing and they all spoke of the duvets being soft, warm and comfortable. What I can say however, is that the duvet was very fast to arrive and was well protected by its heavy plastic bag. I foolishly missed the return window, so I contacted the seller and asked if I would be able to return it late to them. I was promptly contacted by Bev from their customer service team, who not only accepted the late return, but very kindly sent a QR code (as I do not have a printer) for me to scan in my local EVRI parcel shop. Free returns are only accepted within the 30 day period, (which would have been fine with me as I was just happy to return it to the seller), but as an act of goodwill, I was not charged for the postage/shipping fee. My refund was very quickly processed and received in my account. I was so impressed by this seller. I try, wherever possible, to buy from British manufacturers, and support smaller businesses, and this company are a wonderful example of quality British manufacturing . When I next need a summer duvet, I shan't hesitate to buy from them again.

Great value. Wonderful soft warm not to heavy

Feels nice and is quite warm for just a 10.5 tog, the outer material feels like silk and the only let down Amazon slapped the delivery address directly onto the flimsy bag it came in. Flimsy is an understatement as it split in transport luckily the quilt was still clean.

The quality of this for the pice is amazing, the size of the duvet is perfect meaning it always fits well into bedding. The duvet itself is thick but feels really light and keeps you warm and comfy all night. I’ve noticed a big change in my sleep and feel so much better waking up in a morning
