Taste and consistency of finished product is wonderful. Simple to follow directions and cook. No problems with product. Makes number of servings as described. Easy storage size. Container closes well.

Good Crepes
First time making crepes here. I used a regular pan and had to substitute butter with ghee. They turn out well. I ended up putting the rest of the batter in the fridge for next day. If you do this, please re-whisk the batter well and let it get to room temp. Flavor is fine. It's expensive so I don't know if I'll repurchase.

Very good crepe mix
I love this stuff--it makes better crepes than the far more expensive mix I have bought from King Arthur Flour. The crepes from this mix are second only to those made from scratch, and they're a lot easier to make.
