Awesome performance & value!
Well, they're a good value if you buy them here, they're a little on the pricey side at a parts store. I must admit, I used to work at a parts store, and I thought people were crazy paying performance pad money for these non-performance pads. Then I actually splurged on some Hawk pads for both my vehicles. They had TONS of dust, enough that I could see it on the black steel rims on my truck, they squealed worse than any other pad I've used, and I honestly didn't notice any extra bite with them. I didn't keep exact track of how long they were on my Civic, but it seemed like less than I expect out of brake pads, probably 20k miles or so. I wanted something decent, but wasn't going to gamble another $80 or so on Hawks, EBCs, or any other flavor of the month. I tried a set of Thermoquiets, and they're quiet, and have great feel to them. Strong, but not grabby. They seem to be better on dust and pad life, too. For the price, especially if you pick up open-boxes from Warehouse Deals, they can't be beat with a stick. I mean, I guess you could beat them with a stick, but it wouldn't accomplish much. I just slapped this pair on my new(er) Subaru, and again, the feel is awesome. Whatever was on the car when I bought it felt like they were greased, and had really poor modulation- almost no grab until you mash the pedal, and then the ABS kicks in. For the record, the 929As are in fact ceramic, despite the description.

Good pads, good deal!
The set of PD929A's that I received DID come with the hardware shown, but, I did not need it. Easy install on my 2009 Outback. I "bedded" them pretty hard, causing a significant (but temporary) odor from getting the pads hot. But these pads do a very good job of stopping the car, and are quiet on my Outback. I give them a 5-star thumbs up, and with the rebate, the price is hard to beat!

Good pads, no hardware included
Like the matching rear pads Wagner PD1114 Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set , these pads stop well and do it quietly. I replaced a set of metallic pads from the dealership that were stopping poorly even with a lot of material left on them, and (in my imagination at least) eating my rotors. These pads are gentler on the hardware, stop confidently and installed in a few minutes. They're well-rated elsewhere (Subaru automotive forums, etc.). The only potential drawback is that they don't come with hardware - no shims, brackets or anti-vibration compound. In my case, my brackets were dirty but still serviceable and I already have a bottle of Brake Quiet CRC Disc Brake Quiet 05016, 4 Fl Oz , but be aware that if your circumstances are different, you'll need to buy those separately. I've got about 1,000 miles on them so far (did all 4 wheels at once) and it's a big improvement. Worth the price.

Inexpensive value
Fits perfect, works well, great value, click click delivered. Are these premium level pads? No, they're slightly more noisy. I don't care. Do they work perfectly for my basic daily driver commuter? You bet. Will I buy them again? Provided they last a reasonable amount of miles, absolutely. Note: My commute is almost entirely highway; the OEM brakes lasted over 100k miles. If these last half that long, I'll be completely satisfied. If my drive cycle was constant stop and go, putting serious wear on my brakes, I'd pay more for a longer lasting pad.

A+ Customer Service
Update: a few months in of daily driving and the pads are perfect. One thing to note, in my case I received a replacement set in exchange for the defective pair. As I only had 2/4 pads and forgot to ship it out within a month, they charged me the full price. I take full responsibility for not sending back the half set in time, but why even waste the resources shipping scrap metal? Not gonna take of stars, but I essentially paid twice the price and got 6 pads, so they definitely got the better end of the deal on this one. Great pads. I have installed many Subaru brake pads, and they almost always require some grinding on the ends to get them to slide freely on the stainless clips. These require no grinding or reshaping, just pop them right in. Unfortunately, one of my pads had an erosion/defect from the factory. Amazon stepped in and sent me a replacement set immediately. Can’t complain, as my car is still fully operational, so it was no real inconvenience to me. I’ll report back with the long term performance.

Great Brakes Great Price
While I received a rebate with these brakes, I still would purchase them at normal retail price from Amazon. Much cheaper than brakes at the local auto parts store, and the Ceramic pads create a lot less dust and noise than the semi-metallic pads. Brakes are brakes, and these stop my vehicle just as good as any other brand brake pad on the market. Even if I had to change these double as much, they are still more than worth it!

Great brake pad kit with hardware
Installed these on a 2009 Subaru Forester and they were perfect. I had replaced the brakes three previous times and each time had the same issues with the pads requiring some filing around the edges to move freely in the caliper bracket. The hardware included with the previous pads also just did not seem to fit that well. These pads were a different story, they fit great and did not require filing the edges down. Also, the hardware kit fit perfect. I will definitely get this brake pad kit again next time.

My local parts dealer wanted $200 for these pads and on Amazon I paid $60 for the exact same pads and brand and they arrived in two days so hard not to give them 5 star considering the alternative. I did have to use a file to take a little metal off to have them fit perfectly but I've had to do that to many brands of pads as it's ridiculous to see people remove the shims or sliders to fit the pads as they serve a purpose to let your pads move freely and not rust to the caliper.
