Help SO MUCH with bathing out cats who HATE the water. My husband used to get pretty scratched up in the past, and after trying all the nets, claw covers, and "tricks", these gloves are truly the only thing that has helped keep him scratch free when cleaning our cats. We were worried the size would be too small but they fit his large arms perfectly without being too tight, and the sturdiness has held up to every task! They are easy to use- getting them on and off is quick and they don't stick to his skin after being wet which is a huge plus!

This makes grooming my 20 pound Maine Coon/wild Pantera mix less dangerous. He's a good loving affectionate kitty but gets weirded out by grooming tools when he gets over stimulated. Then he bites and sends daddy to the walk in for antibiotics. thank you!

Dinged for not being washable, but they do help when handling the feisty animals. Remind me of the grey work gloves you buy in packs at the orange hardware store, but with sleeves. And about the same flexibility of the fingers too...but they do their job of keeping my hands safe from kitten attacks.

Great product and is exactly as described. The only complaint I have is that I wish they were longer. I gave my cat a bath in those gloves and still managed to get my arm punctured by claws. The teeth had no effect and anywhere covered by glove was safe. I will be looking into combining the gloves with chainmail.

I did not use these gloves but they were for handling my cats who do not like to get picked up to go to the vet and bite and scratch and this was to protect us from teeth and claws. And they were the right length but the smell of leather or whatever and the stitching seemed to be coming loose from the hands to the arms and I did not want to chance the gloves ripping so that is why i sent them back.

Got these to bathe my domesticated feral cat. Didn't need them, as he wasn't a handful. Used to remove a bat though.

These gloves are well made for the intended purpose. Be exceptionally careful handling wild animals or feral cats, even wearing gloves. I ended up in the hospital due to a bite. These gloves would have prevented that. Good value and well made.
