Spectre Performance 884820 Accucharge Filter Kit

Instructions on the box are very clear and application is simple, I have washable spectre air filters in all my vehicles and having this on the shelf to clean them during oil changes takes a little more effort than just replacing them but it's worth it in the long run on your wallet. Since my air filters range between 20-50$ this product and the washable filters payed for themselves after the 2nd use.

Works. Cleaned my filter and oiled it no prob. Great price. I will mention one thing, however I won’t take any stars away. The oil isn’t dyed, it is clear. It’s hard to see where you have oiled and where you have not. If you want to avoid dyed oil, get this. I just have to be extra careful to pay attention to where I spray to ensure I cover it all. It’s just a preference of mine, so take it how you will.

I think the K&N system is a better product.

I own a different model air filter and could not get it from the vendor without paying an arm and leg. Purchase Spectre and was very impressed. Purchase clear because my air filter is blue. Would recommend

I have a Spectre Air Cleaner in my LS3 powered JK and bought this kit to service the Spectre air cleaner. I originally thought there would only be enough product to service the air cleaner twice but after using it it looks like there is enough to service it 12 times. It is easy to use and I suggest buying a second filter that is cleaned and pre-oiled and in a ziploc bag in your vehicle as a spare wfor when you encounter dusty conditions.

If you have Cold Air Intake system, then you need this. You can hear and feel the difference after cleaning and recharging your Cold Air Intake

I'm not quite sure about this product. Reason why is that for the 1st month after applying this I kept getting MAFS error codes. I would have to disassemble the MAFS and clean with chemical cleaner. Seems the oil was coming free from the after and accumulating on the MAFS. The MAFS error code eventually stopped, and now everything is fine. However, if that's what will happen every time you clean and reapply oil, I will not continue to use and just get a new filter. I followed the instructions exactly. So, I doubt it was my fault.

Works as intended, but is a bit pricey. Good that it is clear and not a coloured oil like every other company.

It's pretty good for a kit including of cleaner and oil. I only used once both sprays are more than adequate. Don't over do it and it could last over 5 years or more. Can't beat that duel combo for only 30$ Happy with this. Make sure you wait approximately a day after you use the cleaner before you apply the oil. After you apply the oil lightly on the metal parts of the filter your good to go, no waiting the oil doesn't need to dry only the cleaner does. I also recommend using a shop vacuum on the filter as the first step before you apply the cleaner.
