I have previously used resins, powdered extract, capsules, and now this liquid extract. This liquid extract claims to be closer to the "natural form" of shilajit, with less processing - whereas resinous shilajit requires extra drying to get that level of thickness. Whether or not this is really less processed, I'm not sure - but it is high quality, extremely convenient to take, and tastes quite potent. That being said, the manufacturer claims that resin is more potent than this liquid extract - so this is basically just diluted shilajit resin and you are getting it for convenience factor. The good: *Super easy to take *Tastes very potent *3rd party tested for purity *Very nice glass packaging, and this product comes with a sample of high quality saffron which is supposed to work synergistically with the shilajit. The bad: *Less concentrated than resins *Not sure 3 drops is really an adequate dosage, since a dosage of resin would likely be closer to 200mg. *Not standardized to fulvic acid content (and no mention of the %). Thoughts: I personally prefer taking a standardized shialjit extract such as Primavie, which is clinically proven and more cost effective - but resins and liquid extracts are nice and definitely have a more ayurvedic "natural" feel to them. If this supplement is really effective at just 3 drops, then it's not a bad deal at all - but I'm hesitant to believe that 3 drops is the equivalent to a standard 200mg resin dosage. Despite that, this product is still excellent - nicely packaged, high quality, genuine shilajit extract.

This shilajit has a bold smokey flavor so it pairs perfect in coffee. I like to make my coffee a superfood drink so I add MCT powder, shilajit, and mushroom powder in it, and they all work great in it. You only need to add 3 drops of this in your coffee/ drink, so this bottle will last a long time (250 servings). I like that this one safe from heavy metals, and doesnt have any weird ingredients. Overall good experience and product!

The smell was awful , I couldn’t take this product. I have no complaints whatsoever about the company my money was refunded immediately.

I have been taking this and feel amazing. I have leg pain and using this daily has helped minimize the pain. I am so happy I came across this product. I also have felt more energized since including these drops in my daily routine!

I don’t have much experience with this stuff yet, this is the first one I’ve tried, but I like the energy from it. That’s ignoring the taste, which is terrible, but that’s simply something that’s part of it and as far as I can discover, there’s no real exception in taste. I’ll deal with the taste because of the benefits to my brain and all around energy as long as it’s made clean and is really tested for it’s purity, which this has been 3rd party tested in California and they’re quite tough on supplements. The “but” in the header has nothing to do with the product, it’s because the glass dropper, that actually comes with the real brown glass bottle the product comes in, had the tip break off. I’ve never seen that before but, it happened. Fortunately I had an empty bottle of about the same size so, I had to filter it out and into the other bottle. A messy job but, it’s all good. It would have 5 stars if not for the broken dropper.
