Very large and hard to swallow I'll tell you that much. They do the job though.

In the land of vitamins and supplements, FDA regulations are practically rare. With many vitamin brands out on the market, especially on Amazon, it’s hard to figure out which ones have valid claims and are worth your money. My doctor has always recommended buying brands and supplements that are NSF verified or GMP (cGMP) certified — both of which state that the manufacturing guidelines (not the actual vitamins/supplements themselves) are regulated by the FDA. This means that the processes used to create these vitamins/supplements are regulated to produce high quality products with no fillers or unknown ingredients. After further research, I found on the KAL Vitamin website that they are indeed GMP Certified — which makes sense since I have been seeing great improvement in my health. I am currently pregnant, suffering from gestational hypertension (high blood pressure), and, under the care & guidance of my doctor, have been taking this supplement. By my doctor’s supervision, I was recommended to take 500 mg instead of the 400 mg the bottle suggests.
