Prolicet but not too bad taste wise
The honey graham one was ehh mediocre, but not too terrible. The Daek chocolate is a good one. I have been eating healthier since September 2021, and I have found the normal sigary stuff is way too sweet for me now, I like this instead as it has just thr right amoubt of sweetness. The downfall is the price, it needs to come down considerably

Nice!
Nice! Much better than the cinnamon flavor. But when combined with milk the sweetness washes away on all flavors

It’s great for baking
I don’t like this as a cereal replacement and I gave up cereal two years ago anyway so that’s not an issue. However don’t let the reviews scare you away. I just made the most delicious Keto “pretzel” Jello salad that uses these in place of the pretzels, and in that dish with all the combined flavors this is phenomenal. It is tastier and more satisfying than the loaded with sugar/pretzel version. And the original recipe only really has a good crunch to the pretzel crust the first day. After that it’s more soft and soggy. But THIS stays crunchy in the crust for days. All around a much more delicious jello desert now. I’m so happy to have this favorite dish back on our menu thanks to Catalina Crunch. I can make other graham cracker crust pies and deserts using this now and that is totally fun.

GACK!!
Admittedly, I have only tried the Graham portion of the duo. I usually eat my daily Oikos Zero yogurt with Cascadian no sugar granola mixed with Kamut Puffs. I had the brilliant idea that I was going to up my protein intake by substituting this Catalina protein cereal. This turned what is a perfectly delicious yogurt into artificial glue. The flavor is so off-putting that I didn't know if I could finish even the tiny cup of yogurt. I was so grossed out. Not sure if it's the monk fruit sweetener, because I'm used to stevia, but this Graham version is flat out gross. It changed the flavor and texture of the yogurt and not in a good way. I am heaving thinking of trying the chocolate, but I will do it since the bags are SO EXPENSIVE and if I can get even a little money's worth I want to try. Grossed out and not buying again.

Tasty and healthy, but so high in fiber
Product is a great cereal replacement, but beware, it’s super high in fiber. It upset my stomach.

Best Cereal
In my estimation, this is the #1 cereal out there. It's tasty & not loaded with extra ingredients.

Good, and should be good for you.
Compared to packaged granola, this is considerably more expensive, but worth it. I'm mostly vegetarian, and a runner, so I pay close attention to getting enough protein. This is a great source, and compared to other protein-fortified cereals, has limited sugar. I'm a big fan.
