Healthy cookware. I am tired of buying fry pans that degrade with use in a short time. My favorite pan finally had to be replaced. The 12” caraway fry pans comes close to it. The first time I used it I was surprised, amazed and very happy with the results. The fry pan held its temperature evenly and cooked the meat perfectly. The food did not stick and cleanup was a breeze. I also indulged in the bright yellow/golden color pans and it’s just a cheerful color. The pans are heavy, good craftsmanship and make me think the durability of years is guaranteed. Happy cooking everyone.

I ordered this on Amazon rather than directly from Caraway and it arrived in this condition with absolutely no tape or secure packaging. I was shocked that (luckily) everything inside was still there and undamaged - there is a lot of little bits and pieces of cardboard and paper to prevent scuffs. But the package was in no way secure and would be easily damaged or be easy to steal from, so be wary of ordering. They literally pulled the box off the shelf and slapped a shipping label on it and couldn’t even be bothered to put a few pieces of tape over the openings. I’d definitely get this elsewhere. Maybe the direct retailer packages their products better. I’d be embarrassed to be shipping high-end products out like this if I was Caraway. I’ll update once I use the pans as they feel like decent quality but I haven’t cooked with them yet. Update: I’ve been cooking with these for a few months. They heat up quick, very nonstick and feel like amazing quality. The command strip type pads for the pot lid holder aren’t the stickiest so they unglue and the holder slides off, but that’s an easy fix with new sticky pads. The outsides have discolored a bit from use, but that’s kind of to be expected. Otherwise these are lovely pans and I didn’t get any buyer’s remorse from these at all.

I do very minimal cooking but wanted to splurge and buy a nice set of cookware. I purchased my set in August of 2024. Within a very short amount of time, a strip of color chipped off on the large frying pan. In addition, every single pan will NOT come clean in terms of the outside of the pan. It boasts large brown spots that are literally baked on and will not come off. No particular cooking event took place. It just discolors over time. Now the once beautiful color is now looking like a very ragged set of pans. The 'magic' eraser included with the set, is of no use. They do however, provide a lovely cooking experience and made of quality material. Other than the color ceramic coating.

We’ve owned these pans for a year now. We have the full set and the mini set. In Marigold, the color is a much needed blast of brightness, and the non stick works well (it’s not PTFE you need to spritz it with a small bit of oil). Heat is incredibly even and they are great pans. We wash them by hand, use only silicone and wood utensils and we don’t have children or teenagers to lie about how they treat the pans. Unfortunately the exterior finish is simply not as good as the interior finish. After some staining caused by I don’t know what (not me but it was most likely oils and sugar) I spent a long dedicated time with the (several) melamine sponge and water. Needless to say the exterior finish quit before the stains did. If the finish can’t be cleaned then the pan while useful will no longer be beautiful. Buy dark colors or better stainless where you can use heavier cleaning techniques. These light colors are beautiful but they come off if you have any boil over incidents and need to scrub off the cooked on stain. Other than that. These are fine pans.
