2 hour install with a novice approach.
Zero reception in my office! Always waking outside for an important conversation! Now I can use my cell phone in my office without the embarrassment of hustling outside and complaining about reception.

Covers Large Area and Works Really Well
This thing is great. It works as expected and covers a very large area. The only issue I have had is that it covers almost too large of an area. The external antenae needs to be pretty far from the internal antenae to avoid interference. It took a little bit to find the right spot. The distance is clearly identified in the instructions (once I read them). It works really well.

this crap this not work don't waste your money, it help 0 for your signal boost and I m a professional installer. I end up with refund the customer and ate all the costs myself.

It works and works well
Had an old wilson booster in the office. it seemed to be failing, only getting 1 bar out of 4. swapped the brain, leaving the original antenna and went immediately to 3 out of 4 bars.. covers the entire office which is over 100 ft long and 75 feet wide

There are a lot of cell phone repeaters on the market. This one works.
I did not call for technical support so I did not rate this category. I installed this product in the firm where I work. Staff who previously were not able to use their phones at all in their offices, can now do so. The installation took a few hours but the device works, as well as, and exactly as, described.

It actually worked!
We had no cell coverage at work thru any carriers. Boss had me buy this and sure enough we have excellent signal now. Worth every penny.
