My expectation was basic: decent shock absorption and immediate comfort to cut down on that end-of-day ache. Nothing fancy. After a week of daily use—about 8-10 hours in boots for errands and light hikes, plus some runs—I can say they delivered on the soft landing right away. Slipped them in easily (trimmed just a tiny bit at the toe for perfect fit in my sneakers). The thicker heel and forefoot cushion really absorbs impact when I'm pounding pavement or standing in lines. My heels and arches felt noticeably less sore after long walks compared to stock insoles. In the heat down here, they didn't trap sweat too badly, and there was no strong chemical smell out of the package. That said, they're very soft memory foam, so they compress quite a bit under weight. Great for initial plush feel, but I can already tell they'll bottom out faster than firmer options if you're on your feet constantly. I bought these as a replacement for the Puma soft foam+ or whatever it’s called cause I’ve worn mine through but the actual shoe is still fully intact and I didn’t want to spend 40 some bucks to replace a perfectly fine shoe. I also didn’t want to buy those trim it yourself insoles they sell at big chain stores cause I’ve never had much luck with them. I did a little research on replacement soles and these were what were consistently suggested as the closest feel to the soft foam of Puma. My shoe size is 10.5 so I ordered an 11 assuming I’d have to trim a little off but they fit perfectly inside with zero alterations. They do feel similar obviously they aren’t the exact same but it’s close enough to me to count. So far I’m happy, we’ll see how long they last if it can make it at least a year I’d say it’s worth the money

They use to last me 3-4 months but idk if the material went down but they are just lasting over a month and a few days and I cannot return them. Sadly I will be buying a different brand since the quality of these insole went down. 3 starts only because the do feel good in the small time frame that I am able to wear them but they now fall apart with holes in the toe area

recently bought the LTOHOE memory foam insoles in the hopes of finding some relief for my feet during long workdays. However, after using them for a couple of weeks, I am incredibly disappointed and feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. **Fit and Comfort:** When I first placed the insoles in my shoes, they felt comfortable for a few minutes, but that sensation was short-lived. Within an hour of wearing them, the insoles started to flatten significantly and provide almost no support. I could feel the hard surface of the shoe underneath, which defeated the whole purpose of having memory foam insoles. **Durability:** I expected these insoles to last at least a few months, but they started deteriorating after just two weeks. The foam started to peel and crumble, and the top layer separated from the rest of the insole. It’s clear that the materials used are of very low quality. **Support:** Considering that these are memory foam insoles, I expected some level of arch support or at least a cushioning effect. Unfortunately, they provide neither. My feet felt more sore and tired after wearing these insoles than with the original ones that came with my shoes. **Odor:** Another major issue I encountered is the terrible smell these insoles developed after just a few uses. Despite airing them out overnight, the odor persisted and made the surrounding area unpleasant. This makes them unusable in any setting where you might need to take your shoes off. **Value for Money:** Given these significant issues, I feel that these insoles are overpriced for what they offer. I paid a premium price hoping for comfort and quality, but what I received was essentially unusable after a few days of wear. **Conclusion:** Overall, the LTOHOE memory foam insoles have been a huge letdown. They fail to deliver on comfort, durability, and support, which are the basic expectations for any insole. I would not recommend these to anyone looking for effective foot relief and support. Save your money and invest in a more reputable brand.
