Sylvania LED Light Bulb, 100W Equivalent A19, Efficient 14W, Frosted Finish, 1500 Lumens, Bright White - 4 Pack (78102)

These are bright, but not too bright. They’re not too yellow or too blue, nor do they flicker like compact fluorescents do. You can be near your light fixture without feeling like there’s a spotlight in your room even at a 100W equivalent. We have cathedral ceilings and most lights are too dim to illuminate the room well enough for reading. We have pairs of lamps in our living room, bedrooms, home office, etc. and these are great for providing a well lit environment without being too harsh. We don’t have dimmers on any of the light fixtures so I don’t know if these can work well with a dimmer. They are long lasting, don’t let out any audible hiss (cheaper brands are prone to making sounds that drive me crazy) and they have been easy enough to re-order when we need more. They arrive in a box that provides excellent support to the bulbs and have never had any damaged in shipping. All around perfect general purpose bulbs that seem to last and last.

The color output of these is equivalent to a soft white incandescent bulb; not too warm, and not too cool. I put these in my living room lamps, and they easily light up the space without being too harsh. Color rendering is also excellent; way better than cheaper bulbs that make everything look washed out or ghostly. 5/5

Great pricing for 4 bright bulbs. It can be a pain to find higher lumen leds so I was thrilled to find these at a good price. And they’re bright! They do seem to flicker a tiny bit when first turned on but I’m not sure if that’s the fixture or the bulbs.

Lightning is perfect

Worrisome quality. Out of the box one light flickered and then burned out immediately. I have two others installed and they work fine. The light quality is amazing. I'm worried they will not last very long. I used these bulbs to replace some Sylvania CFL bulbs that had been in use for about 10 years. That's why I stuck with the brand Sylvania. It looks like cost cutting and China production may have ruined another good brand.

I have only been using them for about a month so I can't comment on their longevity or energy efficiency, but I absolutely love this Kelvin for indoor lighting. At most big box home improvement stores you can only find warm white or daylight light bulbs. Warm White is what I usually get because daylight is just too garish and bright white for my taste. But the warm white is often too yellow. I think that 3,000 Kelvin to 3,500 Kelvin is the perfect mix between yellow and blue. Very happy with these light bulbs and I can't wait to replace all the light bulbs in my house with them!

Light quality: These are tye brightest!

Love them! These bulbs instantly brightened my bathroom to what I needed! The bulbs DO NOT get hot. Very affordable; as I checked around locally and on line for prices. Thank you! Pics look like yellowish light but I assure you....my whole bathroom is bright white light.

This was my second purchase of these bulbs to use in work lamps on tables in my art space. Three out of 4 from the first set still work after 5 years, using them 15 - 30 a week. Not the best odds but better than incandescent. At 3500 kelvins, they provide natural that's not too warm (yellow) and not too cool (blue) so white is white and colours are true. They supplement overhead led lighting to fill the room with bright light that's easy on the eyes. The base fits into "standard" most common size lamps, which are the same size as older incandescent bulbs for regular household lamps. If you need dimmable do some research - I don't think these are dimmable.

The light is just the right temperature (colour) for reading and for darker hallways or rooms, since it is not too yellow like 3000K can be. The 3500 Kelvin temperature makes this ideally suited for general use, because it provides better visibility than the much yellower 2700K or 3000K. Also, it is very reliable. I have had no failures of any of the bulbs so far.

These led Slyvania 4 pack 14W bright white 3500K lightbulbs are the perfect brightness for my bathroom. The walls are painted greige, shower walls, flooring and cupboards are dark brown. It is the perfect brightness for putting on makeup. 2700K were too dim. I am happy with the results. Not too bright.

They are exactly what you think, LED bulbs. I ordered these for convenience but going forward I'll inconvenience myself and go to the hardware store and get them for half the price. The markup here is excessive.
