These washes are awesome! Definitely gives someone like me, who's not a good painter, and edge and results that are definitely passable!

These have been a great addition to my miniatures painting setup.

So I've had these for a while and I both like and don't like them. The things I like: -Range, there's a lot of different colors here. You get your standards like black, light brown, dark brown, and skin. But you also get a red(which is more pinkish), blue, green, and light grey. -Coverage, these are thick and they can cover really well. You could almost paint a mini with just these washes. Things I don't like: -Coverage, these are THICK. They can work well right out of the bottle depending on the color(red blue and green), but you can get some really splotchy results with others. They also don't thin well with water as it'll give you some white layer sometimes if you do. I found that using vallejos thinner fixes this issue and makes them work more like regular washes. -Inconsistent, so you have to really shake these bad boys. Really shake them like they keyed your car, like you really hate these things. If not you can get some overly thick wash out the bottle that's just way too pigmented and sticky. -Sticky, they're kinda sticky. Make sure you let them dry before you add another coat and try not to touch it with your fingers. -Stinky, really just an issue with the sepia. It smells kinda bad. Not chemical bad either. Like a dirty sock kinda smell. While I have more negatives than good listed I do still for the most part like these washes. They work, they just take getting used to. I would definitely recommend grabbing a bottle of vallejo thinner along with these.

This wash set has it all. Wash effects that will not only enhance your paint jobs but will make it easier to paint anything else you have. Well worth the money.

I love building models and realism is something that I am always striving for. Vallejo washes are easy to use, water soluble, which means they are easy to clean up and give my models that touch of realism that I want .Wether it is rust or dirt Vallejo is my go to paint.

Positiv: Handliche 17ml-Fläschchen Farben lassen sich gut dosieren und mischen Gleichmäßige Pigmentierung für saubere Effekte Ideal für Miniaturen, Figuren und Modelle Negativ: Set könnte um einige Spezialfarben erweitert werden Verschluss lässt sich anfangs schwer öffnen Fazit: Ein tolles Set für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene, das schnelle und saubere Ergebnisse beim Modellieren liefert – klare 5 Sterne.

As it often happens when buying miniature paints on Amazon, you never really get what you want. This time I got the range of washes from Vallejo in a random box, and they are not even the same colour range. The washes are flesh, red, green, black, sepia, umber, blue and pale grey, while the image shows another range. Some are good (sepia, black, pale grey) but they tend to be a bit too thick and they do not enter in the nooks of the minis. Others simply do not work at all, they barely stain the mini with a shade. Overall I am not satisfied.

He utilizado el set de lavados de Vallejo Game Color (8 colores) en varios proyectos de modelismo y miniaturas, y es un kit muy completo para trabajar sombras y detalles. Lo que más me ha gustado: Buena variedad de colores (negro, sepia, carne, verde, etc.). Muy fáciles de aplicar, incluso para principiantes. Mejoran mucho la profundidad de las miniaturas. Formato con cuentagotas muy cómodo. A tener en cuenta: Conviene aplicarlos con control y retirar el exceso para evitar manchas, sobre todo en superficies grandes. Conclusión: Un set muy recomendable para cualquier aficionado al modelismo o pintura de miniaturas. Aporta un salto de calidad notable con poco esfuerzo.
