I saw this lamp - it cost $104 - it6 came beautifully packaged and was gorgeous. I was delight and although it ssaid there was one in stock, I went back and there were 6. It arrived and immediately from the packaging I knew it was manufactured by someone else. It cost $20 more, but it was junk. It did not stand straight and it was the same specs as the first, but I could not get it to stand straight and I knew I would never be happy with it and returned it.

It’s gorgeous! Very upscale IKEA. Easy to assemble and feels like it perks up my living room. Very well made and sturdy. So happy with my purchase. Read about this lamp on Wirecutter in the NYT my bible for all good things to buy!

The lamp is sturdy and the shade allows a nice amount of filtered, but bright light through. However, the description says there's a 3-way switch and there is not. I thought this might be a quality control issue and had the lamp replaced, both lamps did NOT have a 3-way switch. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, one of the shades came with a stain. The 2nd shade was perfectly clean. In all, I like this lamp and am happy with my purchase.

The shade arrived broken :( and it was beautiful!. I only need a shade replacement everything else is working! I will have to return the whole thing :S

Superb quality and design! Every once in a great while, I come across a product that impresses me for its simple yet elegant design. This is that product. It arrived today and the first thing I noticed in taking it out of the box was its hefty, sturdy, steel construction. I guess I expect most products at this price point to be made of cheap material, but this lamp makes use of good old steel, in a very elegant way. The base is solid and heavy - no wobbling like other floor lamps. The shade is white - perfect for modern decor - and has a slight horizontal pattern due to the fabric. Beautiful! I had it put together in 5 minutes and am enjoying the ambience this light gives my room. I'm already thinking about buying another for a guest room. Very highly recommended. And thank you, Adesso.

No harp on lamp. Proportions are off…shade too large for height of lamp. Quality seemed ok. Returned.

I found these lamps recommended on Wirecutter (NYTimes) and they are beautiful and fit perfectly with my mid-century home with wood veneer walls that are a darker color than these lamp shades. So the shades stand out and give out a soft warm glow. Very easy to put together and they stand up straight and solid. Best price was here at Amazon - Lowes and Walmart had them in stock but for $100 more!

It comes in a large box, but it's not terribly heavy. It took about 2 minutes to put together and it seems to very strong and sturdy. I was impressed with how heavy and good quality the base of it is. It gives off good light and will add a nice modern look and feel to any room. The lamp shade is delicate - be careful not to touch it with grease or anything on your hands or press it hard. That could alter its shape. Overall - great product!
