Great instructions and quality overall.
Amazing quality. Looks beautiful. Was missing one small piece but I was able to fabricate it myself. Almost all holes drilled well and aligned. Instructions made from the US. So easy to read and understand compared to the usual instructions from overseas

EXCELLENT PRODUCT & CUSTOMER FOCUSED ATTENTION
I purchased an “open box” of this Premium Birdhouse Woodworking Kit to save a few dollars. A rip in the packaging didn’t matter because my husband and I planned to build this project with one of our grandsons. Upon purchasing, the description stated that ALL components were included. Our woodworking day finally arrived. We opened the box to find that 3 items were missing! Thankfully we could run to a local hardware store to buy them. (So much for saving a few dollars.) I eventually reached out via email to the seller to report the missing pieces. Almost immediately, Jake of SparkJump responded. He apologized for this disappointing experience, stating that Amazon is not supposed to offer “open boxes” of this product because there are many pieces. Jake obviously made it his priority to turn my disappointing purchase into a VERY positive experience. The kit itself is amazing! Our almost 7-year-old grandson truly enjoyed building this project with his grandparents. Pre-drilled holes, solid cedar, full color step-by-step instructions, and “wiggle room” for creativity sets this kit apart from other birdhouse woodworking projects. Thank you Jake!

SparkJump-Premium Wooden Bird House Kit - This is a great birdhouse and I enjoyed putting both houses together. The first order was easy with some cracking of the wood and the second order had missing wire pieces for the window. The glue in the second order was terrible. It was messy and even though it was clear/transparent glue, it was showing everywhere it overflowed from the wood pieces. Can't even paint over it. The birdhouse problems were not much of an issue but the Glue was. The glue in the first order was a good glue and was not messy. Switching to another glue was not a good move in my opinion, that's why a 4 star.
