Cotton Twill White, Fabric by the Yard

This was good breathable strong fabric for double foundation layer in corset

Weight is standard for a twill fabric, but it is not quite as non-stretch as I would've liked or expected. No stretch on the warp, but some on the weft. Glad I ordered two yards, because unfortunately it means my project will need to be cut only on the warp instead of being able to cut some pieces on the weft to save space.

I was suppose to receive the fabric on July 22nd and it is August 21st and no fabric.

This seems more like a liner fabric than a twill. I bought to use for Roman shades but it definitely won’t work. It says it’s 8oz but feels really lightweight so I’m not so sure that is accurate. It doesn’t have texture to it like most twill fabrics. It’s just a plain cotton liner like fabric. I’ll use for something else.
