Sturdy enough for a changing table
We use this on our changing table in our daycare. It's sturdy enough to protect the pad from wriggling toddlers and keeps the pad clean.

Who needs an exam table?
I use this paper in my shop as opposed to tissue paper to wrap my more fragile items. Because it’s in a roll, it takes up so little space on my countertop.
