Velcro stopped holding after 1 month of use. Worked great up until it didn't.
UPDATE: I have had this a month. The Velcro is no longer holding. I guess for the price it's ok, but if I have to buy a new one every month, that will be costly! This is a simple velcro close splint. Stiff enough to stop my thumb from bending and locking back. My thumb will no longer bend forward, but continuously locked when it bent back. I am awaiting surgery for trigger thumb, but am so relieved to have found this. It keeps the thumb straight, but I am still able to type.

Great finger splint!
I purchased approximately 6 different splints to try. This doesn't look like much, but it is the one. It stays on until I take it off. The most important thing is that it has just the right amount of flexibility that you can forget you have it on. It is very workable. I bought 4 sets so I can throw them in the washer and dryer as needed. I have washed & dried them carelessly and they still look new. The medium size worked great for me. I thought it was too tight at first, but after an hour or less, it feels perfect. I hope this will help someone.

splint works
as a splint, works great. I thought I would be able to bend my finger still, but this is more a splint. Velcro works great. I wanted it for golf and its too stiff to allow the finger to hold the club. If you need to keep the finger stable, it will work great.

I guess it works
Was hoping it was an open-side wrap instead of a slip on. Wanted to be able to treat the finger and cover with gauze before placing wrap in finger... which is not possible

Surprised me
I am surprised that this fits me as comfortably as it does, as I have slender fingers. There is some degree of adjustment, so maybe that's enough for most people. I have worn this all day today, and have no pain in my finger joint, in spite of poking at a touch screen much of the day. I am happy with this purchase.
