This sandpaper is not 2000 grit. It's P2000 grit which is 1000 grit USA standard!
If you live in the USA, the grit number on this sandpaper is misleading. I bought this advertised 2000 grit paper which is NOT 2000 grit USA standard. It's P2000 grit which is the European standard and equivalent to 1000 grit USA standard NOT 2000 grit. Don't make the mistake I did and sand a clear coat with this paper expecting no sand scratches. I had to buy USA 2000 grit to reverse the scratches caused by using this paper and expecting a 2000 grit finish. It's good paper but the grits from P1000, P1500 and P2000 are twice the roughness of the USA grit standard
