Taking care of a sick 3 week old kitten, I cant provide literwlly everything, including purring of a mother, however I came across this and he LOVES it. It works as needed. Its soft and sounds like a cats purr. I wish the purr sound lasted longer but other than that its perfect for its use I bought it for.

Adorable stuffy! There was no smell noted. Great value. Actions speak for themselves. It’ll be loved by your fur babies. There’s no bounce. It’s a plush toy. The size is small /medium. It’s still lasting! Good quality. Everyone enjoyed seeing this played with. No allergies or irritation. It’s simply cute.

Got this for a kitten that was weaning and having trouble sleeping alone. The purring vibration is the thing that actually works — she'd curl up against it and settle down within a few minutes instead of crying all night. The warmth feature is subtle but real; it's not hot, just slightly warmer than room temp, which seems to be enough. The plush material holds up well to a kitten's attention. She kneads it and bats at it but it's not showing any wear after several weeks. The sound isn't annoying at human volume — it's a low, realistic purr rather than something mechanical-sounding. Battery life is decent, I charge it every few days with normal use. My only minor complaint is the on/off is a bit awkward to reach but you figure it out quickly. Good buy for a new kitten or a cat that gets anxious when alone.

The cats are either afraid of, or just plain dislike it. I can tell that the sound is a recording of an actual cat, as I can hear that whomever recorded the loop got too close with the mic at one point and I can hear some breathing. It's too loud to be convincing to my animals and they are either irritated or offended by it. They do not want to be around it. The toy is very soft to the touch, but it's also very flat. The voice box is a giant, hard lump. And the toy is rather heavy. I'm not sure what cats are fooled by this thing. I would say, if your pet's are fooled by sounds they hear on TV, or on a radio or your phone, they may like this toy or react to this toy. However, if your cats are too smart to be fooled by artificial sounds, they will probably be irritated by this noisy, toy. I tried the toy with 5 different cats between two different households and none of them wanted anything to do with it. I was hoping the toy would be soothing to a momma cat who's kittens are grown, yet almost every night she cries, carrying other toys around the house in her mouth. Durring one of these crying festivals, I introduced this toy and she looked at me like I was offending her and wanted nothing to do with it. I've left it out for weeks and occasionally turned it on, but the cats either avoid it or run from it. So there ya go. Good idea, well made, but no joy from any cats I introduced it to.

Amazing! Feral kitten would not come off window sill behind a curtain hiding for days. Pit this on purr and heart beat mode, warmed upbtje flax pack and stuck it in the bed. Few min later little feral in bed, kneading, grooming amd started grooming the toy! Yes purr is loud might be able to cover some of the speaker holes. Requires 2 aaa batteries. Great small size for kittens.

Cats did not like it at all. I bought this for my tortie to comfort her while she was battling health issues. Usually, she loves anything that makes noise (when I play videos or music on my phone she comes running over and starts purring and rolling around the phone or tries to snuggle it). I have two cats. I knew my boy cat wouldn’t use it but I thought this would work for her. Both cats hated it, wouldn’t even get near it. Every pet is different tho and judging off the reviews, it seems to work well for a lot of animals. The only issues I had with it is the purring is EFREGIOUSLY loud and there’s no timer so it died every few hours. Quality was great - just didn’t work for us!

This is cute and helped to give a single kitten company -- unfortunately she was not able to reunited with her sibling after trapped. I'm fostering this kitten and decided to give the calming toy a try. I love the purr and heartbeat options. I mistakenly thought the batteries were worn out after only 2 hours. But it just shuts off after 2 hours of use.

I recently purchased this in hopes of providing my cat friend with a comforting companion while I’m away. To start, the purring sound is excessively loud. When I first turned it on, my cat was startled and immediately ran away. In the video I took, you can clearly see that she is not a fan of this toy. Instead of the calming effect I hoped for, it caused her stress and anxiety. A soothing toy should ideally produce a gentle, comforting sound, but this one fails in that aspect. Additionally, the design poses a significant issue. The toy features a button located inside that requires a considerable amount of pressure to activate. My cat, being a typical feline, has not been able to turn it on herself. This means she relies entirely on me to engage with the toy, which defeats the purpose of having a soothing companion for her when I'm not around. I also wish I had noticed earlier that the description advises against leaving the toy alone with unsupervised pets. This is concerning, especially since it’s marketed as a solution for separation anxiety. If it’s not safe to leave with my cat when I’m not around, then what’s the point of having it at all? While the toy looks cute and appears to be made of safe materials, the loud noise and impractical design make it unsuitable for my cat. I would not recommend this toy for those looking to soothe their pets. Instead, consider options that focus on quieter sounds and that cats can easily interact with on their own. Hope this helps!

Miren, el peluche es muy bonito, en efecto se apachurra, prende unos dos minutos y se apaga solo. Lo compré para ver si animaba a una de mis gatitas que andaba enferma pero lo odiaron todos los gatos, se encuentran muy indignados que esa cosa plana y morada ronroneé sin ser un gato y le pegan y le huyen. Me imagino que como son gatos adultos no sienten ese confort con ronroneo artificial, quizá para gatitos funcione bien. No lo califico mal porque el peluche está bonito y se ve resistente, no es su culpa que mis gatos sean payasos.

Love the plush pillow, both cats enjoy snoozing on it. They're not impressed with the snoring feature, but it is easily turned off or removed. Great.

My cat loves to snuggle up with this toy, good quality and delivered quickly.

I am going to call this fluffy purring blob with a face Clive. Initially Clive scared the hell out of my cat when we pressed the purr button but he soon got used to it and decided Clive was a new fun toy that he could catch, bite and kick at his leisure. He thoroughly enjoyed carrying Clive around in his mouth, plopping him down on the floor before preceding to kill Clive as well as he could. Clive is his new favourite toy and if I pick Clive up and stroke him, it makes my cat really jealous and immediately want attention 🤣 update: months later Clive has become my cats best friend. He sleeps with him every night and Clive is a great deterrent from feet nibbling which my cat is partial to at 3 in the morning. This purchase was 100% worth every penny, I would highly recommend. update Sept 2021: I have since bought 4 of these little guys and both my cats use them. I have not been able to find anything better. I used it with my little one to settle him in and he loved needing it. The purring works instantly to settle him down and help him get to sleep. I tried the toys with the heart beats but it was no where near as good as the purring toy and the way the purring toy is made helps the cats cuddle it etc. my only problem is that it is really hit and miss if you get a toy where the purring works and lasts two minutes. out of the 4 I bought, only 2 worked properly when they arrived, with the other 2 switching off after only 5 seconds. It's a shame because when these products work they are amazing and I can't find anything else like them anywhere

My adopted cat was shocked by the low sound created and did not want to get close to the toy. So I reckon that the product doesn't work 100% on every cat.
