Can you put on top of another insole

I wear these with skechers and they have memory insoles in them. I just put them right over them and they fit nice. They are very comfortable. I have problems with my feet and these came in very handy. I bought 3 pairs for all my sneakers.

Could I last all day walking in these if I have flat feet?

Probably not...these are molded

which side faces up? the indented blue guish stuff or the flat texture side?

The flat, textured size faces the sole of your foot.
