My specimen is a renew “excellent” condition which is actually in excellent condition. It looks like I took it out of a brand new box. Not one scratch. The foot pads on the bottom look new. There is no wear anywhere on this pc! I am totally thrilled by the condition. The unit fires right up. All systems are working. This model comes with impressive hardware and features. What a great deal this is. I strongly recommend this laptop for all your normal windows needs. Unless you want a high end fire breathing gaming machine this unit is perfection.

SSD failed shortly after purchase the laptop was dropped off on 1 May 2026 to whole foods. on 3 may it was still showing not dropped off. I reached out to whole foods and was told to contact Amazon customer service. I reached out to Amazon customer service and was told it was showing as recieved and I should expect a refund in 5 to 7 business days.14 business days later I had still not recieved a refund. I reached out to Amazon again and was told it had not been dropped off. I explained it in detail again and was told I had to wait until the 27th to contact them again or contact whole foods.I contacted whole food and was again told to contact Amazon customer service. I asked Alexa what would be the best way to handle it and was told to contact the executive customer care team via the customer service chat.I reached out to customer care and requested the executive customer care team. I explained the situation and was told I was being transfered. I however was sent to a supervisor who told me they were the end of the line and there was no executive customer care team.I was then told to contact them on June 1st if it has not shown up as returned. I explained I was very frustrated and wanted a clear resolution and ask if it would be dealt with on June 1st regardless of it showing as recieved and was told that it would not be dealt with. I asked why they would waste my time like that if they had no intention of resolving the return. They had no answer.So now I have to contact my bank and request a charge back. what a colossal waste of time.

Runs great, surprisingly well for games. Battery was if course topped out at 80%ish but it doesnt get hot, and didnt have a scratch or mark on it. I professionally break laptops for a living (airport security) and this one was solid

Sold as excellent condition, received in excellent condition.Battery health excellent, battery may have been replaced with a new one by seller before selling. Tested via the laptop battery testing diagnosis.No defects in screen, or even scratches.Product was very clean, with just some evidence that it was a used laptop with a few places of rubbing evidence on the bottom and case.Would recommend the seller again.

The laptop arrived and functions and looks well. However the battery life is lower than the sales description. The description for "Excellent" and other renewed laptops includes a battery life of 80%. The laptop that arrives has less battery life of 34,142 mWh (milliwatt Hours) out of 61, 970 mWh, which is 56.7% capacity. It will deteriorate and fail sooner than the 80% promised. A page of info by the inspector included with the laptop confirms this amount, but it was shipped as "Excellent" regardless. Every other test shows a good product - I am starting to regret the otherwise good purchase knowing the battery will drop more soon.

I’ve purchased quite a few renewed and refurbished computers over the years, and this was the one I was most excited about. After spending some time with it, there are definitely things I like and a few things that have been disappointing.The battery life is excellent. I don’t like being tied to an outlet, and I frequently take my laptop on the go. This computer has performed very well in that area and easily lasts through my typical use.The included charger, however, was a letdown. It came with a barrel-style plug that had a usb-c adapter. The connection for this was not great so, I ended up purchasing a replacement charger almost immediately.Performance is generally good once the computer is running. Programs load quickly and everyday tasks feel responsive. Unfortunately, startup can be slow, and I’ve experienced multiple occasions where the system freezes completely. When this happens, even Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn’t respond, thus forcing a hard shutdown. I’ve also noticed that the power button occasionally fails to respond, which is concerning for long-term reliability.Cosmetically, the laptop arrived in near-perfect condition. The only issue I noticed was that one section of the rubber foot on the bottom was peeling up in a corner. It’s minor, but it does make me wonder how long it’s going to stay on. (It’s not a huge issue at all doesn’t affect how the computer runs or operates so didn’t impact my opinion when rating this post.)The laptop is lightweight, sleek, and easy to carry around. It also has a good selection of ports, including two USB-C charging ports, which is a feature I’ve really come to appreciate since I can charge from either side. It also includes a headset jack, USB port, HDMI port, and SD card slot.The only thing missing is an Ethernet port, so you’re limited to Wi-Fi connectivity. - You also can see this from the picture so that really didn’t impact my opinion on it.Setup was straightforward and required very little effort beyond the normal Windows setup process. Be prepared for a large number of updates during initial startup, though.Overall, I like this computer. While it’s not my favorite refurbished laptop I’ve purchased, it’s still an upgrade from what I was using before. If the freezing issues and occasional power button problems continue, I may end up having to replacing it sooner than expected. But as it stands, it’s a solid laptop with good battery life and portability. The reliability concerns is what is keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars.

The laptop came in excellent shape. It’s seemed almost new. I was happy with the RAM memory, the hard drive and keyboard.The only issue I had was OneDrive was not syncing. Trouble shooting and fix required 5 days of contacting Microsoft Support and eventually remote assistance from Microsoft OneDrive Suppoet team in India.

As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldn’t rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.

The battery doesn’t last too long on its own but others it’s fine for what i need it for

Windows 11 needs cooling when running big application like complaining mathematical things like graphs and symbolic formulas if you plan on not moving your machine you can buy cooling plate it's only 60.00 well worth the headache s in cooling your devices if you got 17 3340 you for sure need it when tpm security is turned on it needs 40 percent more
