I'm gonna give it this a 5 star because they do work on my older Craftsman garage door openers. One of my openers has the green button and one has the red. I think my garage door openers are 40 years old because my house was built in 1986. Programming instructions are pretty simple as long as you have at least average intelligence. Price is great compared to prices for name brand remotes at the box stores.
