Excellent value!
I'm very surprised at how clean this little machine gets my clothing! It works better than the full-sized washers I have owned. The price is very reasonable, and it is easy to use. I've only had it for a week, but have run quite a few loads so far. The spin-dry also works better than my full-sized washers. It cuts my dryer time in half. It's very light, so I can easily move it around my condo. The noise is minimal, just a low hum when it runs. Overall, I'm very impressed, and so glad I gave Auertech a try.

PERFECT for apartment dwellers!
I have trialed and errored this thing for 9 months so you wont have to! If you are on the fence about getting one of these washers I suggest you look them up on tiktok - you will find alot of brands and reviews. I ultimately chose this one because of its larger size AND because it has a drain pump to help push the water out (some of them only drain by gravity) First I'll start with the tricks I've learned that make this thing much easier to use SHOWER HEAD - the little hose it comes with is okay, but it takes around 10 minutes to fill up that way and getting it to stay on the sink without falling off or leaking is a pain. Getting a deatchable shower heard cut fill time to about 4 minutes. DRAIN HOSE - FIRST - its probably better to drain it in the toilet due to the amount of lint that drains out with the dirty water. If not, make sure you have a hair catcher or something over your drain so you can stop the excess lint going down the tub drain. I clogged my drain a couple times before I learned this less. i ALSO didnt realize until about a month ago that you can turn the washer over and move the drain hose from the right to the left side depending on where you want to drain it. So for a while I was moving it back and forth to fill it and drain it, but now I've got that figured out. EXTENSION CORD - the cord on this is pretty short so an extension cord will probably be neccesary. SHOWER ROD and BOX FAX - get a second shower rod and hang your clothes there, set up a box fan to speed up drying. If you get a drying rack, use it for small things or you will run out of room fast. Now the actual review - I freaking love this little washer. You do have to kind of "babysit" it - meaning you have to manually fit it up, run it for 15 minutes, drain it, manually fill it up and run it again to rinse the clothes, drain it, then manually spin it. But it beats always going to the laundry mat. The larger size is ideal for me because I can do about a half of a full basket of laundry at the time - i just cant spin it all at once so I usually spin half (1 to 3 times depending how much water the items are holding on it) then while im spinning the second half of the load I start refilling it with water to start the next load. You dont need to use very much laundry soap at all! I am guilty of using too much in normal machines but you need very little for this washer. Same with softener (add that to the rinse cycle). Its a little heavy because of its bigger size so its kind of a pain to move it back into the closet when im done, but if you have a larger bathroom you might not even need to move it. ADHDers beware - dont walk away from this thing while youre filling it up UNLESS you have the drain hose set up where it will drain to already. I overfilled this twice and slightly flooded my bathroom because I walked away from it without setting a timer. The good news is that when it overflows its draining from the hose, so if you set up the hose where its in the tub or toilet already, it wont overflow onto the floor. When im done with it, I hoist it up on the side of the bathtub so that the drain hose is completely below it and drain the last bit of water into the bathtub. The pump is strong but theres always a little water left at the bottom so this step is neccesary to make sure theres no water in the bottom when you put it away. I generally dont wash blankets or bedding in it (aside from pillow cases) mostly because I dont have the space to hang them to dry really. But I have seen reviews on tiktok of people who do so it might be possible! it also just depends on if the blanket would fit into the spin side when its fully wet. Ill end my review by saying this - while the washer is AMAZING - sometimes it will be easier to still go to the laundry mat if you have alot of laundry to do. It takes about 1-1.5 hours for me to do a load (with distractions and multitasking of course) so if I have a weeks worth of clothes for two people to wash, it may be an all day activity to get it done in the little washer. But I will still be using this thing the majority of the time.

Works and lightweight
I purchased the washer for my apartment there aren’t any utility hookups. The washer works great! It did take me awhile to figure out how to attach the hose to my sink. It helps to hold the metal ring just right under the faucet while tightening it. That way it won’t slip down when you turn on the water. I recommend buying the extended 6ft hose for draining the water as the one attached to the washer is about 3ft long. It cleans my clothes and spins wonderfully as well. There are instructions but I had to look to the internet to see how much clothes I could fit on the wash side and the spin side. So I fill up my washer with clothes loosely not packed half ways using 1 laundry pod before I fill the tub with water 3/4 of the way. Then I start the washer for 15 minutes. After the cycle is done I turn the drain cycle on for about 1 minute. Then I fill the washer with water (1/2 a tub) for a rinse “wash” I set the normal cycle for 6 minutes and put in a very small amount of fabric softener. When it’s done I drain it again for 1 minute. Then I fill the spin side with the clothes half ways. You can pack the spin side and should press the clothes down with the plastic guard to make sure the clothes are level and it gets some of the water squeezed out too! I only use the spin cycle for 3 minutes. Then I repeat until I have spun all the clothes. The spin cycle isn’t loud unless the clothes aren’t level or you have filled it up more than half ways. You can hang dry your clothes safely no water will drip on the floor after the spin cycle. As other reviews have stated this isn’t fully automatic washing. You will have to turn the knob yourself from normal wash to drain for washing. Then repeat for rinsing of your clothes. The washer cycle stops HOWEVER THE DRAIN CYCLE DOESNT STOP BY ITSELF. The motor will keep running so you can’t leave the washer by itself. You will have to turn it to the normal cycle to stop it from draining. I can keep up with my laundry for 1 person using the washer 2 times a week. I wash jeans, shirts, shorts, underwear, bras, flat and fitted sheet, towels and thin throw blankets (60” x70”) I haven’t tried bath sheet towels and a twin size electric blanket wouldn’t fit in the spin cycle side. The tub is easy to pick up and place in your bath tub to get rid of excess tub water after using. It has a built in handles on each side and a built in cord handle to hold the electric cord in place after using as well. I have used this in my kitchen and bathroom. The outlets are standard US outlets where you could plug in a microwave or blow dryer. I’m happy with my purchase. It saves me money to wash my clothes at home and I don’t have to lug all my dirty clothes to the laundromat.

A bargain that works!
What a cutie! I live in a small space and don't like using the laundry room. I bought a wooden dolly to move it to and from the bathroom which works well. The cord is very short but I can maneuver it in the bathroom. I fill it to where I need it with water using the telephone shower (take off the shower head) and it fills quickly. Trying to fill using the tube hooked to the basin water takes forever. (The adapter on the water hose is good because if you don't have a screw-on faucet, this slips over it.) I don't fill the barrel with too many clothes and it washes clean in about 15 minutes. You have to manually rinse and drain the machine a few times so I do like the quick fill with the shower hose. I use a bucket to catch the draining water as opposed to risk flooding the shower or the basin. My clothes come out very clean and the spinner is a joy! Literally dries (a small load) in a couple of minutes! I would rather do a few spins at a time with fewer items so that I don't overload the spinner. The washing barrel is huge but I've not tried anything too heavy. Perhaps one sheet at a time? I like this machine as it's light to move around. Would be absolutely perfect with wheels, but then it might wobble around too much while in operation, unless the wheels lock. It does shake, rattle and move a bit but not that much. And it's not noisy and is light enough to move on a dolly. I am happy with this one. And I got it for $20 less because I grabbed it at the time.

Don't buy it. Return shipping costs more than the product
DO NOT buy this washing machine. Also, since it's NOT shipped by Amazon, you WILL have to pay for shipping fees. Shipping fees cost more than the washing machine due to the size and weight, so you're really just stuck with this. This washing machine has A LOT of shortcomings that makes it unrealistic for use. CONS: 1) The water inlet hose does not work well. Either: the water enters the pipe and gets stuck somewhere in the plastic pipe, or the water trickles in at a very slow pace because of the small size of the inlet pipe. You need to use buckets to pour water in. The manual also mentions using buckets. If you're strong and able bodied, that may not be an issue. But if you're not very strong or disabled, this is going to be a huge problem. 2) It's pretty darn loud. Imagine a helicopter taking off right next to you. That's how loud the motor is. The YouTube videos on this doesn't capture just how loud it is. It's really really loud. If someone stood outside your apartment and listened, they'll definitely hear it. 3) You can only use a small dash of detergent. Imagine drizzling a bit of dressing on your salads. That's how little you can use. Any more than that and the detergent foams up and you need to spend forever scooping it out. No I'm not exaggerating. I literarily just finished scooping out a ton of detergent foam before I sat down to write this review. 4) The water doesn't drain completely out of the outlet pipe. You need to lift the machine up, brace it on the edge of your tub and let gravity pull the excess water out. If you don't have a tub, you need a drain that is on a lower level so that gravity will allow the water to flow out. Again, if you're able bodied and fairly strong, this may not be an issue. But if you're not, this is a huge problem. 5) I have a lot of extension cords, so I didn't find this to be a huge problem. But the power cord is quite short. Around 3-4 feet. 6) The washing machine did accurately list its size and dimensions. It's not as small as you think it is. It's also fairly heavy. I needed another person to help me move it to where I wanted it to be. It's not easy to put away for storage. You'll have to find a place to fixate it and leave it there. PROS: 1) The only thing I DID like was the spin dryer. I only needed to set it to 1 - 2 minutes to wring water out of my clothes. Since I cannot return it, I'm really just washing my clothes in the sink and spin drying it so that I don't have to wring the clothes. 2) You won't be getting a used machine because the seller doesn't pay for return shipping and return shipping costs more than the machine itself due to weight and size. I literarily live in the same state where the shipper's warehouse is located and the shipping is well over $170 on UPS. FedEx and USPS was far more than that. In summary, don't buy it. Spend the extra money and get a proper washing machine.

Convenient and best purchase.
After an extensive search I decided to take a chance on this one. I have had it since Nov 2025. No issues so far. I don’t know how long it will last but I am enjoying the convenience that comes with using it. I also like that it has a pump. Now yes this product had some negative reviews but I looked at the overall reviews to decipher what were the complaints or issues. I decided to take the chance as there were more positive than negative. For me, I decided to put the machine in my bathroom. It fits against the wall by door with ease. I did turn machine over so I can move the hose from the left to the right (underneath), so it can closer to the tub to release water directly. I confirm there is no leakage from hose that came with the machine but you can see it is cheap material but it holds up well. Power supply: I bought an extension cord that was suitable for washing machine (had to google the wattage needed) and then bought one from amazon. Yes i did see it is advised to hook machine directly to outlet but that was not doable, so the next best thing is getting the appropriate extension cord. Connection from bathroom sink to machine to fill machine up: I wanted something easy to connect where I didn’t have to ask anyone for help so I found something on amazon and it works well (no leaks so far). …..Note: as advised I bought my own water hose, the one that came with machine was flimsy looking —- anyway I just use the lid/cover of machine to hold the water hose in place while it fills up (you just hv to keep in mind to monitor it). In regards to noise level for washing machine section - it’s bearable. Like I don’t care bc you are getting the convenience of washing your clothes in your house or apt, than having to laundromat. The noise level for drying section - well the trick is how you level the clothes. It is what it is, sometimes you get it level right and sometimes you don’t. Overall no issues. For convenience - I love having this washing machine. I wished I had bought one years ago. Drying - it’s satisfactory. The machine nearly dries all clothes (as per other reviews like 98%); then I hang it up. I believe it says the machine uses air drying. You will figure out what works for you. Note: Only comforters cannot fit in here. Even if it could, I wouldn’t do it unless I bought an electric dryer. Spin - is fine. No issues. Just like any other machine you have for a house. Lastly I appreciated all the pics showing how diff ppl connected the machine and where they chose to put it, as it helped me figure out what to do with mines.

Love this Washing Machine!! Saves the cost of laundromats!!
I had my home renovated and had to move all of my furniture including my washer and dryer out of my home. Once the renovation began, I needed a way to wash my clothing and laundromats become very expensive over time. I saw this item on Amazon and figured I'd try it. The item was delivered quicker than expected. The washer is a small footprint, not hard to move around and was extremely easy to connect the water lines and install. The washer works OUTSTANDING!! The clothes come out "cleaner" than my LG front loader. The spin cycle extracts at least 80 percent of the water. When you finish washing/rinsing/spinning the clothing is practically dry. I place my clothes outside to dry. Ahhh!! The freshness reminds me of when I was younger and hung the clothes out to dry in the sunshine. I love it. I highly recommend this item. Saves the cost of using a laundromat - hands down!! The clothes do come out cleaner using this washing machine in my opinion.

Pretty surprising.
I bought this because my washing machine died, and I figure I'll use it until I get a new one. The size is decent, It's able to wash about a 3rd of a regular machine, there's a steep learning curve and all the instructions tell you something different, but once you figure it out it works better than you expect for something that looks like a kids toy. It isn't heavy but I put on a cart to move it around, I don't think it's loud, I mean not compare to a regular front loader anyway. Just be sure to pack the spinner otherwise it's unstable especially when it first starts. I don't know if regular machines just keep us away from the grime but it's amazing how dark the water gets from clothes you think are clean.

Great machine
I love this machine. Cleaning a lot better then an automatic one. The only issuee you may have is the drain hose if there is kink in it the water won't come out. So I put my machine in the tub to wash and drain works amazing. Since then drains great. Hope rhis helps

Great starter washer
It is perfect. Works well. Loud but I’m ok with that. Glad to be rid of excess laundry fees. Like 6$ per load. No way I’m paying that anymore. Thank you Auertech and Amazon for fulfilling order.

It’s not ideal for everyone
The product works well but is it a bit labor intensive. You fill up the washing drum, pick your washing setting (regular or gentle), and set the time (max is 15 minutes). After that, you have to turn on the pump to drain the water. The instructions said you may have to do this a couple times to wash out all the soap. However, there is also a water inlet for the spinning side that you can connect, and rince your clothes while they spin. It does spin quite fast (if the clothes are balanced) and they come out just slightly damp (30 min with a fan blowing on them, while hung, will dry items like t-shirts and hoodies). The washing drum and spinner each have a motor so you can use both at the same time. However, the product is advertised to pump water up to 45 inches high (my sink is 36) and, at times, I could hear the pump working but water wasn’t coming out. I would have to put the drain hose on the floor and drain into a bucket, and then dump the bucket into a sink. Overall, it’s not a bad product for what it is (affordable / plastic) but it’s not ideal for everyone.
