My go-to supplement for over a year
I’ve been taking the Ritual brand supplements for over a year now. They are, by far, the best supplements I’ve used in my 56 years. Easy to swallow, no awful vitamin taste thanks to mint coating, consistently effective and an all-around good value, all things considered. I’ve experienced no digestive side effects and like that the pill size is perfect, unlike most of the caplets I took before. The quality is consistent, which you don’t always find in capsule-based products.

Easy to swallow
I really like these vitamin a lot. I had stopped taking multivitamins because the made me nauseous. My daughter recommended this brand, and I feel great. They are easy to swallow, they don't have an odor. I feel like I have more energy, and they aren't expensive.

The Best
These are the best I tried many different once but these make me feel well overall, energetic and focused. I did not take them for a week because i ran out (forgot to reorder) and felt the difference, tired, low energy and slugish. Once I started taking the vitamins I felt energized. They are costly but nothing else will do for me.

Good effective product. Recommended by my NP!
These vitamins are unusual looking but seem to be helping my overall nutrition. I’ve been able to stop taking any other Vitamin B and D supplements and my levels are back within normal ranges. Was concerned they might have a fishy taste, but they don’t. There is a slight aroma, but no fishy taste or aftertaste.

Good product with less fillers but can have string after taste sometimes

caution for sensitive bladder
Not fan of the menthol coating, others mention mint but is menthol that gives that same cooling taste, not exactly great with breakfast! Took daily for about 1/2 to 3/4 of first bottle, along with minor squeeze of lemon juice into large water and ended up being poor combination that created irritated bladder after successive days across the weeks for this age of possibility active female.

Good & effective
Good, fast and effective, this multivitamin hits all necessary points for support after age 50. I like its minty taste and ease of absorption. I have tried taking it in the morning or at night and both times work for me. No after-taste, no burbs or any stomach discomfort. Recommended!
