It worked for me!
WOW! I deal with constipation and decided to try this. I upped my evening magnesium dose and took this in the morning and WOW I’m cleared out. I’ve been taking it for several weeks now and it’s actually a bit too strong for me! I’m happy it’s moving things so I may do one every other day.

Only one to work
I have suffered for many years. Been to the hospital, has been prescribed medications, have tried so many over the counter treatments, nothing has ever worked like this. My biggest issue is that last month it was under 10 dollars, this months it’s almost $20.

Better than most competitors with this strain! Hope you like gas!
This strain works, you do not need much else. Brands that shove a dozen or so strains in a single pill tend to be overkill for me, and I can wind up with burning gas and pain. None of either with this. You WILL be gassy, though, as that is one of the side effects with any medication or supplement that improves gastric/colonic motility. My gut has been a mess since 2021, I had a scary bout of colitis. It is getting better, this is a nice support what what I already do.

Excellent; I think it’s the first probiotic I find that work for me (for regularity and constipation)

Really impressed
I really appreciate that this company (1.) sells isolated probiotic strains and, (2.) lists which specific strain you’re buying. Some brands list only the general species, which isn’t all helpful because different strains can provide very different benefits. I’ve also spent years taking probiotics where several strains are crammed together, and they never seem to provide consistent, reliable benefits. Sometimes a single strain seems to help so much more. That said, people tend to have varied experiences when it comes to probiotics. Although I didn’t notice much improvement with my constipation with this strain, my brain fog seemed to improve a little. However, this product does seem very high-quality and fairly priced, and I think it’s worth checking out.

Worked at first
At first I really liked this probiotic and I felt as though it really helped with bowel regularity. However after taking it daily for a month and a half the benefits of bowel regularity wore off, I became constipated, and I started to have bad breath that no mouthwash could remedy... so I had to stop taking it.

Awesome! Works. No cramping
1 per day and they just work for constipation. Can't even tell I took it till it gently works. Small capsules

Not ure what to think
Took 1 in the afternoon and had diarrhea within the hour. Definitely the opposite of constipation, but not good either. Only the first day so maybe unrelated and maybe a little acclimation is in order. stay tuned...
