These saved my ankles after I wore cowboy boots with no support and strained my ankle. I had to wear only sneakers for a month and found these to put in my sneakers to give me cushion for the strained ankle. However, I liked the support so much I started using them in a lot of my shoes. I can even wear the original cowboy boots comfortably with these inserts. They are so easy to use and switch from different shoes, I highly recommend them. I keep a set in my walking shoes and have them on subscription to replace every 3 months. Sometimes they slip a bit, but then I know it is time to replace. They make all my shoes more comfortable and some unwearable ones wearable that I don’t mind buying more every few months.

Worth the money but probably better products that are more expensive.. they really helped with a 9 hour shift on concrete

They’re very nice on the easing of heel pain. My main criticism is they move around a lot if you’re constantly on the move.

When your feet hurt, life is horrible. Take care of them! Heel spurs hurt. These gel heel cushions do work. They do absorb the pounding your heel takes every day, and eases these harsh heel strikes to alleviate the reasons your heel aches. They are comfortable to wear. Then one day, you feel better! Happy results.

The item I received is not the pictured item. The old style was all gel (as shown in the pic) and very cushiony. The ones I received have a layer of gel on the bottom and a layer of fabric on top that touches your foot. It is not NEARLY as comfy as the old ones. I'm sorry to see Dr. Scholl's has changed what was already a very good product.

I suffer from plantar fasclitis and these inner heels really help they are very comfortable
