I started taking hot yoga classes 4x a week and despite drinking a significant amount of Smartwater each day, I was still feeling quite dehydrated and had actually started breaking out in excema for the first time ever in my life as well. These were recommended by one of my instructors and have made a HUGE difference. The excema has cleared up completely and feel much I feel better hydrated and energized throughout the day and throughout my classes as well. I usually add a packet to the larger sized water cup (not sure of oz's but it's the equivalent of two regular sized water bottles) and the taste is pleasant and mild. Highly recommend! :)

This is my fave electrolyte supplement. It dissolves instantly and adds a hint of lemon to your water. If you are not used to the salt, I would say start small and gradually increase. It's expensive but worth it to me. If you have hypertension be sure to monitor your blood pressure before taking any electrolyte.

I enjoy these hydration packets very much. I bought the assortment directly from Nectar, and then, my favorite, the lemon packets from Amazon. I didn't like the watermelon flavor.. but that is why I started with assortment so I could make sure nothing nauseated me. I would give it 5 stars but it takes a significant amount of shaking to get the powder totally dissolved..all the flavors have this issue. I like to drink the entire bottle during infusion. Now I am trying to drink one every day at home too. I have been shaking this one bottle of water for over 30 minutes and all of the powder is still not dissolved and this is the norm. There is always a clump or two, or a line of powder, that takes a long while to break down, if at all. Frankly I don't have the strength to continue shaking water bottles...but I really want to use this product. If Nectar Corp reads this I hope you can address the problem and fix it. It is otherwise a wonderful product. I absolutely feel better when I drink this during 2 hour infusions. Even the nurses tried shaking it for me to no avail. Powder remains at the bottom of the bottle. I assume that means I am not getting all of the goodness listed on the packet. Fix this and you definitely have a 5 star product!
