Homemade Valentine's Day Gift
I decided to make my own Valentine's Day gift this year for my wife. She's recently fallen in love with Teddy Swims "Lose Control" hit song and I wanted to give her something special, so I decided to give this little device a try. I was able to get it to work flawlessly by following the colorful pamphlet that comes with the device. I do not understand any of the negative reviews. I was able to accomplish this in about 30 minutes. Pros: -Easy to use instructions! -"Push-button control", I needed this specifically for my application. They make a similar device with other options, ie opening a card -Sound Quality (there is a slider for volume adjustment on the device. I find the optimal volume is backing it off slightly from the max setting. Max setting sounds a bit distorted, but 90% volume sounds great) See video. -I opted for 1:15 of the song "Lose Control" vs cutting it further and included other songs. I may opt for this later on) -Ability to change the audio file ANY TIME! This can be re-used or updated at any time with a more relevant audio file -Components are adhered to a "sticker" that would allow you to stick it on a desired location. In my case, it will be inside of a wooden base. The button is on wires about 3" long for application (in case some were wondering). Cons: -Larger footprint than I initially expected; however, it didn't change my application. The sticker is about 3" by 2.25" (could be trimmed slightly if needed) - USB Micro connector (never been a fan), I feel like we live in a world where most devices should be USB-C now. Important Notes!!! Step 1) I googled and used a "youtube downloader" after finding my song on Youtube. This will be an MP4 format due to it being a video (you will need to convert this to MP3 format in the next step). Step 2) The directions say to use "online-audio-converter.com) and this worked perfectly. Step 3) I used MPTrim.com software to trim the part of the song I wanted to make it below the 2MB size requirements. Step 4) After I had my MP3 file, I turned on the device and connected via USB to my laptop. Step 5) I opened the drive/folder and removed the 3 DEMO files. Step 6) I dragged my desired file and dropped it in the folder(note: it did take 30 seconds or so to copy). Once this was done, I turned the device off, unplugged it from the laptop, turned it back on and pushed the button to test. Everything worked like a charm!

"One Adam-12, See the Man"
This item worked out very well for my slot car project. I wanted to add a real police siren sound into an Adam-12 slot car I built. The unit was small enough to fit into the approx. 5 inch car and I was able to share the battery to run two blinking LED lights. The instructions were very clear on how to add sound files and customer support was good as well when I had a question. I highly recommend it.

Works Great!
This worked perfectly for my project. Easy to drop MP3 files onto the board and get it to work quickly once the battery is fully charged. Audio and speaker work very well. (LED board in video not included)

Would try it again if needed. Worked out overall
Easy to use. Had to search several videos for the content I wanted but overall this worked out for what I needed. I was able to put it in my kids toy to talk. Recording capacity was fair. The volume was different for some of the phrases but that could have come from the Recording themselves.

Great sound - easy to set up and use!
EZ Sound MultiPlay is well named. Once you hook it up to your computer it opens up on your desktop as another drive. It was super easy to hook up and load my own MP3 files onto the module. Just drag and drop. Plug and play! The sound is perfect for the project I'm using it for. Just press the button to play the files in sequence in order of how you dropped them into the folder with no delay. Highly recommended!

Stopped working after a month
This worked great as the sound chip inside a plush toy, but it stopped working after just over a month. The cable came loose from the speaker, but reconnecting it did not help - it will sometimes randomly decide it wants to play one of the sounds, but most of the time, pressing the button does nothing. Of course it failed right after the return window. I was really enjoying it beforehand; it was perfect for the job, and it stored more audio than the two minutes advertised if I used compressed files.

Literally so perfect for my project
My 4 year old this past summer got so into Tina Turner after playing a music video on YouTube. He played it over and over for a month or two. I’d laugh so much from my husbands reaction after hearing it start over again at the beginning. For Christmas I made a photo ornament of Tina Turner from that music video and ordered this to add sound to it. I bought the MP3 of the song and used a file trimmer to shorten the song so it would fit. The program I used allowed me to increase the volume of the file so it was even louder what I was putting on the sound button. It’s so loud I can hear it anywhere in my house when my son pushes the button on the ornament now. What a great memory ornament for this year. Thank you!

Article vraiment bien. Il y a des vidéos qui sont disponibles pour expliquer comment faire. Et c’est de toutes façons très simple. Je ne sais pas par contre quelle est la tenue de la batteurs: apparement c’est 700 fois un son de 15 secondes. A voir !

Works well, and the sound quality is adequate. Linux had no clue what to do with the device when plugged in over USB, but MacOS worked well. The device appears as a FAT12 formatted 2MB storage device. I managed to get 50% more than the 2 minutes claimed by encoding my mp3s at 32KHz Mono 96kbps. Through the little speaker this sounds the same to me as the manual-suggested 44KHz Stereo(!) 128 or 192kbps. I used 6 sound files, which it plays in the same order each time, one per button press. The peel-and-stick didn't work out for me, but it was easy enough to remove their double-sided tape and attach the parts with a liberal application of hot glue. It runs fine off 3 NIMH AAs, which worked better in my application. I haven't tried Alkaline, as that's slightly more voltage than the included battery, and I couldn't find a voltage regulator on the board. It probably works fine though, as i bet the chips can handle 5V.

Exactly what I needed. Good amount of space and easy to follow instructions. I like that it comes with volume control and an on/off switch
