Powerbar Protein Plus Low Sugar Bar (16x35g) Vanilla - Bars - Protein Bars

Not bad for the £8 paid for 16 bars. Worked out at 50p a bar and each bar has minimal sugar and 10g of protein. Taste wise, not bad but not fantastic either, they taste semi sweet, have that cheap waxy chocolate flavour coating and the inside...well.....to me it tastes like vanilla icecream....but chewy as odd as that sounds. I think my wife put it best when she said they tasted like those cheap choc ices you got as a kid, I think that description is bang on. I think I would try the chocolate flavour ones. But as I said, fornthe price they are good as an little snack and protein boost while not being full of sugar.

I eat these protein bars all the time - they're fairly cheap, and texture and flavour is very pleasant. They're also a good size for titrating to your protein needs - they're a smaller, lower calorie bar, so they're great for topping up if you haven't quite met your protein goal, but you can always have 2 after a bigger workout. Highly recommended!

Was in search of a protein bar that doesn't cost the earth. These were the best value after a good search, they taste pretty good and they have additional fibre too, so pretty happy with them.

We always have these in our house. Great for taste, great for nutrition. Good value for money.

I've tried all 3 flavours and at different times one is my fave. I just buy up when there's a good price. Crucially they do stop hunger pangs and taste damn good. Theyre lower cal and carb than most this size. Annoying you can only get espresso on subscription with a discount.

Utilizzo i prodotti PowerBar da tempo e ho voluto provare queste Protein Plus nel gusto vaniglia come snack post-allenamento o spezza-fame pomeridiano. Nel complesso, si confermano un'ottima scelta per chi si allena con costanza. ​Cosa ho apprezzato: ​Il Gusto: La vaniglia è delicata e non ha quel retrogusto chimico/artificiale tipico di molte barrette proteiche. Non è eccessivamente dolce, il che la rende piacevole da mangiare senza stancare. ​La Consistenza: Piacevolmente morbida. Non è quel classico "mattone" gommoso difficile da masticare; si deglutisce facilmente anche senza dover bere un litro d'acqua subito dopo. ​Valori Nutrizionali: Il profilo proteico è ottimo per il recupero muscolare, con un buon bilanciamento di carboidrati e un contenuto di zuccheri decisamente controllato rispetto alle barrette standard da supermercato. ​Un piccolo consiglio: Essendo barrette con una copertura sensibile al calore, consiglio di non lasciarle in auto d'estate o sul fondo del borsone da palestra sotto al sole, per evitare che si sciolgano leggermente. ​Comprate su Amazon ad un prezzo al pezzo molto più conveniente rispetto ai negozi di integratori. Le ricomprerò sicuramente!
