Atleast for me the pre was good, have been a regular user of GNC, but took this for a change and it has good reviews. Really mixes we'll, has a weirdish yellow color once dissolved. Does what is described- enhanced focus, better strength. Doesnt give tingling sensation. One thing I felt off atleast for me was that it gives a really sweet after taste, this I'm not a fan of. It is really really sweet, not sure why almost all mb prods are so sweet.

Using it from more than a week but didn't see any effect before workout its just like a juice. I am a beginner and even after taking full scoop as guided in the label still dont get any results as expected.I tried 'Fruit Fury' Flavor and it is the worst flavor ever if you still want to try go for another flavor atleast you can drink it as a soft drink. Loss of money
