These pills really work. They help my bones and muscles. I had a problem at one time with my right elbow overuse it doing some work around the house. Stop working out with my arms and just healed. A friend told me about these pills. Started to use for several months and felt a big improvement. They truly worked.

Let me start by saying that I am not a physician, but if you have any joint pain you NEED to try this product. I am a staunch believer in natural remedies. I believe there is a cure in Nature for everything that ails our bodies. Doctors do a terrible job at curing their patients and a fantastic job of keeping the pharmaceutical companies in business - treating symptoms to mask their alarms to the brain, but never providing a true antidote. Is this stuff an antidote for cartilage and joint issues? I'm not sure, but it has managed to ELIMINATE and RETURN full function to my lower back and my wife's knee. I have personally been dealing with lower back (L4-5) back pain since an auto accident and subsequent surgery in 2004. The pain was every day and it didn't matter the activity level. Obviously the more activity the worse the pain. I still have to work and live so I managed and adjusted - assuming 'it is was it is.' Since my surgeon at the time said 'I can't give you a new back.' I was resigned to living with lower back pain for the rest of my life. My wife hurt her knee at work which also required surgery about 2 years ago. She had a bilateral meniscus tear which, after surgery was advancing to arthritis. Her mobility in that knee was limited and needless to say, painful with the onset of the arthritis. A coworker of hers found out about her situation and recommended this product and offered his testimonial. We thought we'd give it a try. We are now a little under 4 months into taking the gel caps (2 each in the morning and 2 more again in the evening). Personally, I cannot believe the results. After more than a decade of lower back pain everyday, I am completely pain free. COMPLETELY. My wife's knee pain has almost completely gone away (another month maybe it'll be gone altogether?). We told my niece who also was facing knee surgery about it and she is about one month into the pills and is experiencing positive results already. What else is there to say? It seems to work miracles that no doctor is going to tell you about (no money in it for the pharmaceutical companies, perhaps?) I'd say if you are having joint issues give this a try for a few months. What do you have to lose? $120? That's nothing compared to what we are spending as a society on medications that are only masking the problem.

Gluco-Gel is great for leg cramps and helping your muscles relax, especially at night. If I forget to take it before bed, I just take it any time throughout the night. It also helps to drink lots of water when taking it. Water also helps reduce leg cramps. Water and Gluco-Gel is a winning combination!!!!

I don’t skip these daily as part of my vitamin plan!! Great products!
