I am a huge fan of process and process metrics as a critical source of project management decision support information. Different types of projects have different needs, and this book helps regardless.

Great book
Harold R Ketzner is definitely a guru in project management. ..all information in this book is excellent...the illustrations of the tools are useful

Expected more from the author...
The author merely introduces the concepts and presents wonderful visually stunning examples; however does not provide readers with the applied knowledge needed to create their own dashboards.

Disciplined approach to performance measurement

Esperaba más de este libro. Tiene buenos capítulos pero echo de menos profundidad en algunos análisis de KPIs clave. Un poco generalista y muy enfocado a presentar ejemplos, pero no entra tanto en materia como me hubiera gustado.

Bon livre
Bon livre en général avec pas mal d'explications et de détails. Le problème principal étant les Dashboards un peu vieux en termes d'usabilité et de design. En effet, les nouvelles règles de Storytelling ne sont pas trop appliquées (cf. Storytelling with data) même si les règles de construction sont pertinentes. Je recommande ce livre malgré ce défaut car le contenu est utile et d'actualité.

Great book to understand the basics
This book is explaining the basics on a great way. Repeating itself in some cases and at the end of the book the software examples are pretty outdated, but still definitely worth the money.
