It blends exceptionally well with milk, my preferred method of consumption, producing a smooth consistency without graininess or clumping when shaken thoroughly. It also integrates well into cereal, enhancing both texture and flavor. The container is generously sized, providing significant value. After daily use of one scoop for over three months, I still have more than half of the container remaining. For individuals who engage in regular physical activity, this protein powder is an effective and convenient means of meeting daily protein requirements. Overall, it represents a high-quality product with desirable flavor and a clean, simple ingredient composition.

This protein powder tastes good and dissolves well for a smooth shake consistency. At first, I thought it was clumping, but I had added collagen powder prior to adding the protein powder and I think there was an interaction, so when I changed the order and mixed this powder first, there was no clumping even after adding the collagen (in case anyone else is doing the same thing). This appears to be the cleanest powder I've found that is also lactose-free and tastes good. We were using the Whey, which is a little cleaner, but is not flavored so you really have to add ingredients to make it good (although, my husband was just fine using it). When compared to smaller containers, I found there was a cost savings with this 5lb version when compared to all the other options I was considering, so we are saving money as a bonus (at least with the subscription).

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I really like this protein powder supplement! Over the last few years, I've had several other brands, typically opting for the soy free, sugar free or low carb, fewest ingredients (free of all junk) and so far I like this one the best. Its got a great taste, doesn't clump in my shaker, and doesn't stick to the glass when I'm done. In fact, it expands and blends a good bit and makes a nice, smooth shake that tastes good and doesn't take like plastic sugar. Most importantly, I've been seeing results too. By far, most important in any workout routine is consistency and then good form. But good supplementation makes it possible for your body to have the building blocks needed to get results. My muscles have grown a bit in size but also I've noticed consistence performance increases and keep adding weight to the bar. Overall, I'm very pleased with Levels Grass-fed Whey Protein Powder and highly recommend it to anyone.
