Love these lights. They work great. So many different colors and settings to customize the looks.

I bought set for a short turn rental and I live 5 hours away. When they work they are great but they work less than 50% of the time. This was not a cheap set. I setup and put on a timer to turn on at sunset and turn off on sunrise. Sometimes this works but for the most part (90% of the time) they are on the entire day and what a waste of energy. I have called support many times and Andrew has been super helpful and nice but they do not consistently work. In March one of the lights went out and support said the light was dead so they shipped a new one out. When I try to change the colors of the lights remotely, the app states that the lights are offline however I can clearly see the lights are on via my 'Ring' app. Then on another time I was told by support that the 'Bridge' is defective. I either got a lemon of a product because I have had issues immediately after I purchased and installed. I would of returned for a refund (30 day policy) but I am five hours away from property. Atomi should do the right thing and issue a credit or swap out for a brand new set.

Works well, app / troubleshooting can be a pain when if stops working, but it will eventually come back on

Initially found the first ones a local membership warehouse. Keep ordering them here and adding on for the last years. Love those. Pricey but well made and they last.

UPDATE: I never got the fourth light to work but I did contact the company and they immediately sent out a replacement light that I was able to sync up easily. Since the company was very responsive, I will be buying additional lights. ——————————— I was able to sync three of the lights easily but the fourth will not sync no matter what I try. I went through their troubleshooting protocols three times with no luck. The light simply will not sync, it just blinks on and off in white. Also, one of the lights is not in color sync with the color wheel in the app - for example, the light is pink but it shows orange on the color wheel. I have used the Philips Hue system extensively without issue and I thought I’d give this brand a try, but, you get what you pay for. Sadly, these will be returned.
