Would these fit on 15x5.5 rim ?

They should fit. I put them on 15x7 and they just barely fit. Skinner rim would be easier.

Will this fit a rim size 15x9?

I don't think so. I put these on stock 97 jeep grand cherokee stock rims for loading in a trailer, they are 15x7 and they just barley fit due to width. I would say no unless you are able to flare or stretch the sidewalls out.

Will these fit on enkei92 15x7 wheels for a 95 civic?

The ones I ordered were 235-35-19 so no they won't fit your 15 in rims but my tires work well on my pontiac vibe.
