Worked for what I wanted them for which was to make my slides my snug BUT they don’t really stay stuck they keep falling off.

You get what you paid for. They looked high quality to me but I learned pretty quickly that was a lie. Im on my feet for close to 10 hours a day so my shoes tend to wear out pretty fast. I have about 4 pairs where the heels are worn down to the plastic and resort to thicker socks so I don't get blisters. I tried to compromise price and quantity so I picked these. Weren't as thick as I would have liked, but the adhesive was looking promising. Stuck one on and attempted to slide my foot in like normal. Nope. In summary, pay for the more expensive ones.

My shoes stay in place now, no more rubbing or slipping. They’re super easy to use—just peel off the backing and stick them where you need them. The adhesive holds really well, and the mesh material feels soft but sturdy. I like that they don’t add bulk or make my shoes tight; they just fill that little bit of extra space perfectly. Another big plus is that they help keep the backs of my shoes looking nice and in shape. Before, some of my shoes started to bend or lose form from slipping around, but these inserts really help keep everything in order. Overall, these have been a great little fix. I didn’t realize something so simple could make such a big difference. Definitely worth having a pack around for any pair that’s a little loose in the heel!

I had high hopes for these inserts, but they fell a bit short. They arrived vacuum-sealed and were very thin upon opening. I let them sit for a full 24 hours to see if they would expand further, but there was no noticeable change. Using calipers, I measured the thickness at about 1.73 mm (.068") initially and 5.33 mm (.21") after expanding. That’s only a 3.6 mm (.142") increase—just over an eighth of an inch—which isn’t very thick overall. They are soft and would likely work fine for light use, but for me, they simply don’t provide enough thickness or cushioning to be truly effective.

Worked a treat on the kids shoes, will get more life out of them yet
